STAND AS ONE

Stand As One began in a neighborhood in El Paso, Texas. A local high school Student Activities Coordinator was looking for a project that her student council could perform as a service project to middle and elementary schools. Using our book The Wolfpak, the Student Council wrote a play called Stand As One and performed it for each of the district's feeder schools. What was conceived as a play grew into a set of activites that help elementary school age children understand how gangs can trick them into doing things that are illegal... The Wolfpak is an easy to read chapter book that has been used as a supplement to D.A.R.E.™ and G.R.E.A.T.™ programs and as a script for the play, Stand As One. A portion of the profits from the sale of our kits go towards helping school organizations perform Stand As One... Gang resistance and drug awareness program for 3-4 grades
