Diane Martynowicz

Diane is a highly skilled professional whose strengths lie in strategic planning, managing cross-functional tasks, and project management. Previously, she held roles in several Fortune 500 companies, including Morgan Stanley, American Express, and CBS. Diane's adaptable skill-set allowed her to be involved in every aspect of the business life cycle. As an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, Diane managed and created new communications channels for Global Operations. She was recognized for her efforts in creating news and featured content for a departmental website utilized by over 5,000 employees. Most recently, she utilized her managerial, organizational, and communication skills to assist small fast-growing firms in project management and operational processing. As a consultant, her clients included Inspire Human Resources, CRS Associates, and Arseneault & Fassett, LLP. In the college planning process, Diane utilizes her extensive experience in managing project deliverables and timelines to ensure all milestones are met. Her personal knowledge of the college landscape ensures an ideal cultural fit where her clients find a college that they call home. Diane received a B.A. in Accounting from University of Lynchburg.

Marjorie Heyman

Prior to becoming a college consultant, Marjorie Heyman held the position of Vice President of Training & Development at Macy's East-a $5 billion division of Federated Department Stores, and was responsible for the development and implementation of training programs for over 20,000 employees. She left Macy's to start Heyman Consulting LLC, a learning and development consulting firm. In addition to her work with Fortune 500 corporate clients, including Barnes & Noble College Booksellers, Marjorie was instrumental in the design and execution of Fordham University's Gabelli Graduate School of Business' leadership certification. She worked with the university facilitating curricula and coaching a diverse student population. As a college consultant, Marjorie brings an enthusiastic style that engages people of various personalities. With over 25 years of human resources and consulting experience in the corporate and academic spheres, she leverages her strong interpersonal and writing skills to work with prospective college students to craft essays that highlight their unique strengths. She is a highly-respected professional who uses innovative and dynamic coaching techniques that have gotten proven results. Marjorie is always focused on what's best for her client! Marjorie holds a B.S. in Communications from Northwestern University.
