Jason Hopping

Jason joined the AGFinancial church loan team in 2007, following a successful 10-year consulting career in the computer industry. His business experience, coupled with growing up in the home of an AG pastor and district official, gives him both the ability and the desire to help churches reach their God-given vision. Jason has an in-depth understanding of what it takes to finance a ministry's capital projects while maintaining the day-to-day operations. He is both a friend and resource to pastors and church leadership groups. Jason and his wife, both Evangel University graduates, reside in San Diego, California with their three sons.

Phil Pierce

Phil finds great satisfaction and fulfillment in helping people find personal financial solutions that also serve Kingdom purposes. Before joining AGFinancial, Phil spent 11 years in the furniture industry as a national sales and marketing manager. He also served as associate pastor at Evangel Temple Christian Center in Springfield, Missouri, for four years. As an investment consultant, Phil is passionate about serving the Lord, His church, and His people. Phil is a graduate of Evangel University in Springfield and comes from a rich family heritage within the Assemblies of God. His parents and both sets of grandparents served as Assemblies of God ministers.

Randy Smith

After 19 years in health care administration, Randy left secular employment to serve as business administrator at Glad Tidings Church in Omaha. In 2001, Randy became Vice President of Underwriting for AGFinancial Church Loans, a position that provided exposure to all aspects of the lending process, as well as experience working daily with AG pastors and district officials to understand and address church financing needs. Randy was appointed Vice President for the North Central Region in 2006. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Missouri Southern State University and a master's degree in health care administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia. He and his family live in the Springfield, Missouri area.
