Ahmed Al Said is NBE's Chief Executive Officer for Investments, overlooking the bank's portfolio of 148 companies and real assets exceeding USD 2.5 billion in value. Prior to joining NBE, the largest commercial bank in Egypt, Mr. El Said spent more than 24 years in Investment and Commercial Banks, established his own PE fund and Finance Leasing Company and later exited achieving outstanding returns.

Dalia Elbaz is the Chairman of Al Ahly Payments and she was elected to the Board of Directors effective August 2020.
Ms. Elbaz holds the position of Deputy Chairman of National Bank of Egypt (NBE) since September 2017 after holding the position of Chief Operations Officer in December 2015. With more than 25 years of experience in the area of risk and corporate banking, Elbaz joined the National Bank of Egypt in December 2008 - Head of Operational Risk- as part of the team that contributed to the development of the Bank's business by activating the role of the Operational Risk Group, spreading the culture of its business and establishing the business continuity plans and sites.

Essam Abdel hafiez is the Managing Director Al Ahly Pharos. Hisham Okasha joined NBE in 2008 as Deputy Chairman and was appointed as Chairman of NBE in 2013. During his time at NBE, Mr. Okasha oversaw the successful reform and restructure of the bank and was instrumental in increasing NBE's market share to 30% and its progress to become the country's largest SME lender. Prior to his role at NBE, Mr. Okasha headed off-site supervision at the Central Bank of Egypt after 15 years in the private commercial banking sector. Ms. Bolbol also served in both the Research department and Asset Management department during her four-year stint at Sigma Capital. Her coverage included sectors such as the steel, cement, electricity, fertilizers, consumer, healthcare, and F&B sectors. She also undertook a six-month industrial placement post at GC Group Capital, a wall street based private wealth management company in New York.
Ms. Bolbol holds an MSc in finance from Bocconi University, Italy and a BSc in commerce from Cairo University, Egypt.
Kareem Aboulnaga has over 20 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to his role as Chief Investment Officer at ACH, he served as Investment Manager of Direct Investments at DIB Capital in Dubai. Magdy Moussa is the managing director of Al Ahly Tamkeen for Microfinance, prior to this post he had more than 30 years of international experience as a Finance and Management advisor, 20 of which are in the domain of Micro and Small and Enterprise Development; building the institutional capacity of microfinance institutions (MFIs) in Egypt, the Middle East, the Horn of Africa, and other regions (China, France, Azerbaijan). Mr. Moussa started his career as a financial analyst at USAID and moved to private sector consulting, then to INGO PlaNet Finance as the Middle East Regional Manager, then to MSMEDA (formerly SFD) as the manager for Microfinance central sector, the Director of Alexandria Business Association
At a Macro level, Mr. Moussa participated as a technical lead advisor in developing a national strategy for Microfinance in Egypt, led the technical team in developing the national strategy for microfinance in Syria, and participated as a technical team member in developing the national MF strategy in Sudan. Mr. Moussa has contributed with efforts and authored MFI's and projects' evaluation, as well as research papers: non-prudential regulations and performance standards (Egypt Strategy for Microfinance), assessment of Egyptian bank and non-bank MFIs, Supervision and Regulation of microfinance in Egypt (CGAP / Maryland University), Collaterals substitutes in Islamic Lending (Central Bank of Sudan / World Bank). Sally Refaat is the Head of Online Trading platform "Pharoslive". She joined Pharos in 2008 and since then she has coordinated between Pharos management, in-house developers and third-party contractors in the analysis, design and testing of both front-end and online platforms to ensure optimal operational performance. She has conducted research analysis and data collection to understand the competition, hence design the platforms with competitive edge also she has identified system areas needing improvement, assigning, and tracking development tasks. She acts as liaison between the FRA, EGX and MCDR and Al Ahly Pharos Securities Brokerage to ensure the implementation of regulations related to the business.

Mr. Talaat joined AHC as an Investment Associate working on various sectors including education, building materials, industrial parks, fertilizers, and NBFS. Prior to joining AHC, Mr. Talaat worked with Ekuity Holding, the investment arm of the Kuwait Investment Authority in Egypt. He has two years of financial advisory experience at Deloitte Egypt, having worked on several due diligence engagements and valuation reports. Mr. Talaat commenced his professional career at Naeem Holding as a Research Analyst.
Tamer Zahran - Chief Investment Officer
Tamer Zahran has over 15 years of experience in investment transactions and advisory services across various industries. He was involved in several M&A transactions, divestitures, debt raising, as well as greenfield projects in industries including oil & gas, F&B, healthcare, manufacturing, building materials, pharmaceuticals, and utilities. Mr. Zahran brings hands-on value creation experience to the ACH team, through his direct involvement and support in managing portfolio companies as well as his position as a non-executive director at several reputable companies. His experience spans across large multinational corporations, the public sector service, and investment banking.
Mr. Zahran holds an MBA from Maastricht University and a BSc in construction management from the American University in Cairo.
Tarek El Noury has over 6 years of experience across financing roles in corporate banking, credit risk management and private equity. Wael Abu Ali is NBE's Chief Financial Officer and has held several positions at the bank since joining in 2008. He has 23 years of experience in the fields of auditing, financial consultancy and banking. He started his career with Arthur Andersen Egypt in 1993 for three years and later joined E&Y and PwC offices as Senior Manager in the UAE and Egypt covering assignments across the Middle East and GCC. He joined Barclays Bank as Financial Controller in 2005 before moving to Ahli United Bank where he served as CFO.
Mr. Abu Ali holds a BSc degree from the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University and is a CPA holder from the California Board of Accountancy (USA)
Wael Mohamed has 23 years of experience in information technology, specifically in networking infrastructure design and implementation, administration, and security. Mr. Mohamed joined Al Ahly Capital Holding in September 2009 as IT Manager working and responsible for the IT Department. Prior to joining Al Ahly Capital, he worked with Egypt Kuwait Holding (EKH Holding), the investment arm of the Kuwait Investment Authority in Egypt where he was responsible for the IT Infrastructure of a number of its subsidiary companies, special company projects the EKH Holding head office, TriOcean Energy, Sprea Misr, Plastichem, and Building Material Industry Company (BMIC). He began his professional career at Pertosoft-Egypt as a Technical Support & Network designer. Mr. Mohamed holds a BA in Computer Science from Cairo University.

Yasmine Abouhussein is a Senior Investment Associate at AHC. Having joined AHC as an Investment Analyst, Ms. Abouhussein's previous work covered a range of different sectors including agribusiness, healthcare, petrochemicals, and the non-banking financial sector. Prior to ACH, Ms. Abouhussein spent two years in the banking sector as a Fixed Income Trader at the money market desk of the Arab Bank dealing room. She has obtained the ACI Dealing Certificate and has completed the Analyst Training Program at CI-Capital. Ms. Abouhussein has also completed the Credit Course at the Egyptian Banking Institute.
Ms. Abouhussein holds a high honors BA in business administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in economics from the American University in Cairo, having been selected to spend a semester at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy in the process.
