Before Combined, Angela was a leasing representative with international mall developer/operator, Westfield, where she worked across their Los Angeles shopping center portfolio and, additionally, was responsible for co-leasing two super-regional shopping centers. Born and raised in the Washington DC area, she earned her BA from the University of Delaware where she was a Division 1, full-scholarship athlete, and captain of the women's lacrosse team. With just over 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Barrett has managed buildings for The John Buck Company in Chicago to 707 Wilshire in Downtown Los Angeles. She is an extremely active member of IREM and BOMA Los Angeles and holds the Certified Property Manager®, Real Property Administrator® and LEED GA designations. Bret serves as Chief Operating Officer of Anderson Real Estate and is responsible for the long-term strategic growth of the company, including the oversite of all property operations, retail leasing and the overall financial reporting of the company. In addition, Bret is responsible for the planning and development of all new development projects. Prior to joining Anderson Real Estate, Bret was Senior Vice President of Leasing and Asset Management at Caruso, one of the largest privately held development companies in the country. During his 25-year tenure at Caruso, he was active in the development, leasing and asset management of all projects including The Grove, Palisades Village, The Americana at Brand, The Promenade at Westlake, The Commons at Calabasas, Encino Marketplace, The Lakes at Thousand Oaks, Village at Moorpark, 8500, 252 South Brand and Waterside at Marina del Rey. Prior to joining Caruso, Bret was a member of the prestigious Real Estate Advisory Services Group of Arthur Andersen. Bret has been an Adjunct Professor at the Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California since 2008 and has lectured at the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University, USC's Gould School of Law as well as ICSC's University of Shopping Centers at Wharton. Chris is the Chief Financial Officer of Anderson Holdings. He oversees all aspects of finance, treasury, accounting and risk management across the company's four divisions. He is also the CFO of First Beverage Group, a beverage focused private equity firm. Chris previously served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Newstone Capital Partners LLC, an SEC registered investment adviser. The firm focuses on investments in U.S. based middle-market companies involved in leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and later-stage growth financings. During his tenure at Newstone Capital Partners, Chris was responsible for treasury management, strategic planning, corporate and fund accounting, SEC compliance, portfolio valuation and investor relations. Prior to that, Chris spent seven years as the Treasurer of Wesco Financial Corporation, a publicly traded, diversified financial corporation that was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway in 2011. In addition to managing a multi-billion dollar portfolio of publicly traded fixed income and equity securities, Wesco has operations in insurance, furniture rental, steel warehousing and real estate, and Chris was responsible for Treasury, SEC and financial reporting, accounting, internal audit and strategic planning. Chris also served as the Executive Vice President of MS Property Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wesco, where he was responsible for the financing and development of a diversified commercial real estate portfolio. During this time, Chris also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Blue Chip Stamps, a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., which held 80.1% of the outstanding stock of Wesco Financial Corporation until the complete merger in 2011. As General Manager of Anderson Real Estate's Hawaii operations, Curt brings over 20 years of experience in both real estate management, finance, and leasing experience to Anderson Real Estate. Curt is responsible for both the operations and leasing of Topa's 500,000 square foot Topa Financial Center located in Honolulu, HI consisting of two (2) Class A high-rise towers over a retail podium located along Fort Street and Bishop Street. Curt is responsible for the operations, management, and leadership of an on-site team of professionals serving the needs of over 120 office and retail tenants. Having grown up in Hawaii, Curt joined Anderson Real Estate in 2001 following the acquisition of Topa Financial Center. A graduate of the University of Washington, Curt worked extensively in both finance and real estate management in both Hawaii and Washington State. Curt is a member of BOMA, and previously served on the board of directors for the non-profit organization Institute for Human Services (12 years total/3 years as president) which is the largest service provider in Hawaii that addresses the needs of the homeless population. He served on the board of directors Historic Hawaii Foundation, a non-profit that protects historic structures and places throughout the state. Jill Howard joined Anderson Real Estate in 2014 and serves as Vice President/Controller. Jill is responsible for all accounting and reporting functions, including portfolio performance measurement, audit, tax preparation, compliance, and financial controls. She oversees simplification and modernization initiatives to improve efficiency and to create transparency across all disciplines. In her role, Jill is on the Senior Leadership Team and manages strategic operating initiatives throughout the company. Jill's broad skill set, experience with both public and private real estate operating companies, reporting, and accounting platforms, and experience with technology have further created efficiencies throughout the portfolio. A graduate of California State University, Northridge with a BS Degree in Finance and Real Estate, Jill began her career at Lowe Enterprises followed by a 10-year career with Voit Development Company before moving on to senior roles with Countrywide Investment Services, Bank of America, McKinley Properties and Keystone Real Estate. John Anderson

John Anderson was the son of a barber who grew up in Minneapolis and moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA on a hockey scholarship. After graduating from UCLA in 1940, Mr. Anderson earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School in 1942. He passed his CPA exam while serving on the staff of a Navy admiral during World War II. After the war, Mr. Anderson returned to Los Angeles where he worked at the Arthur Andersen & Co. accounting firm during the day and attended Loyola University School of Law at night. In 1953, three years after earning his law degree, he co-founded the Los Angeles law firm of Kindel & Anderson. Mr. Anderson launched his business holdings in 1956 with the purchase of a Hamm's beer distributorship in downtown L.A. He then grew his portfolio from a single distributorship to a diversified holding company of beverage distributorships, real estate assets, automobile dealerships, insurance carriers and manufacturing companies. Mr. Anderson was known not only for his business savvy but also for his unwavering ethics; no matter the cost, he always strove to do the right thing.

Her leasing portfolio includes a 25-acre property with a 600,000 square foot, mixed-use campus in Oxnard and a 73,000 Retail Shopping Center in Woodland Hills. Prior to joining Topa, Lisa worked as a Portfolio Leasing Manager at GE/Arden Realty for 17 years. She received her B.A. in Liberal Studies from California State University Northridge and holds an active CA RE license. Lisa was born and raised in Los Angeles and currently lives in Agoura Hills with her boyfriend Steve and her daughter Brooke. She leads financial reporting and annual budget forecasts, tenant correspondence and improvements, inspections on buildings, exterior grounds and common areas, as well as vendor management services for security guards, janitorial, engineering, landscape and all staffing. Prior to joining the Anderson team, Lisa was the Vice President of Operations for Arden Realty/GE Commercial Real Estate in Los Angeles. She led financial and operational performance of the Los Angeles and Orange County regions totaling 3.3 million square feet: 37 buildings in OC, 13 buildings in LA with approximately 391 tenants. Lisa attended Cal State University Northridge. She holds her California Real Estate License, RPA Designation, is a BOMI designated RPA, and has taken numerous trainings and courses in management and leadership. Prior to joining Anderson Real Estate, Matt was a partner at Worthe Real Estate Group, a privately held real estate development and management firm focusing on investments in the Los Angeles area. Rebecca comes to her role as Chief of Staff internally, and formerly served as Studio Manager of ARE property Ace*Mission Studios in Boyle Heights. Rebecca initiated the development and rebranding of these former beer and beverage distribution warehouses into eight active sound stages - a studio lot encompassing over 100 production offices. As manager, Rebecca oversaw day to day operations and the successful leasing of a new to market 17-acre campus. Richard Berry is President of all of Topa Equities VI's interests in the U.S. and British Virgin Islands. He shepherded each division through COVID-19 with a steady hand and led the group to a successful rebuild after the substantial damage caused by Hurricanes Irma and Maria in September, 2017. Born and raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Richard graduated from St. Thomas Antilles High School. He then joined Ohio State University on an athletic tennis scholarship where he was a four-year letterman and earned an All-Big Ten Selection. After receiving his degree in 1987, Richard returned home and began his career with John E. Anderson-owned companies starting with Bellows International, Ltd. as a Sales Representative. Richard's role grew to Beer Manager, and shortly afterward he was promoted to General Manager of Bellows International's St. Croix operation. In 1995, he assumed the presidency of Bellows International, Ltd. and Caribbean Cellars (BVI) Ltd. While at the helm of these two successful beverage distribution companies, he spearheaded the creation of Leeward Islands Management Company and served as President. Two years later, he was also appointed President of West Indies Corporation, now known as West Indies Company. Active in many community service organizations, Richard is currently on the Governor's Cruise Ship Task Force and is a past President of the St. Thomas-St. John Chamber of Commerce. As a former member of the Board of Trustees for Antilles School, he continues to be very active in promoting education initiatives in the territory. Richard is passionate about his family. He is married to his wonderful wife of 30 years, Lyn. Together they have a son, Ryan.
