A passionate defender of West Virginia injury victims for nearly 20 years, Keith is an active member of the American Association for Justice and the West Virginia Association for Justice, organizations dedicated to preserving our civil justice system. Keith is particularly focused on and speaks publicly about the 7th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees a person or business's right to a jury trial in civil cases.
Nicole DeSimone was born in Oakland, Maryland, but spent most of her formative years in Philippi in Barbour County, West Virginia. She is a 1996 graduate of Philip Barbour High School and studied secondary education and English at Alderson-Broaddus College.
Ms. DeSimone has been a personal injury legal assistant for sixteen years, nine of those years being with The Miley Legal Group. Nicole is a driven and dedicated legal assistant who always strives for perfection. "When you assign a file to Nicole, you know that it will always be in immaculate order and that all tasks will be completed on time," said owner Tim Miley.

Susan Aguayo Miley is the Business Manager for The Miley Legal Group. Having our clients experience quality service is essential to our mission. The Business Manager makes certain all departments work together in a seamless flow to ensure that each client and their case receives the care that they deserve.
Susan's role includes maintaining our firm reports, listening to team feedback, implementing new innovative opportunities, and managing software programs and staff, so we can continue to keep our company focused on what really matters: our clients' needs.

After earning his undergraduate degree in finance at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, Tim attended Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, where he received his Juris Doctorate.
Tim is admitted to practice in all courts in West Virginia and is currently a member of the American Association for Justice, the West Virginia American Association for Justice, the West Virginia Bar Association and the Harrison County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce.
When Tim began practicing law, his first several years were spent representing large corporations and insurance companies against injured people. By 2001, fed up with the disturbing tactics that insurance companies would use to deny or delay claims for injured people, Tim made a commitment from then on to only represent injured people. Ultimately, on June 1, 2006, Tim opened his own firm - The Miley Legal Group - and finally had the type of firm he always envisioned - a law firm on the cutting edge, dedicated to providing excellent legal service to injured people.
Tim Miley, the founder of The Miley Legal Group, was born in Clinton, MD, but has spent most of his life in the Clarksburg, WV, area.
In keeping with his commitment to his community and the people of West Virginia, Tim has been active in state government since 2004 when he ran for and won, a seat in the West Virginia House of Delegates representing Harrison County and part of Marion County. In December of 2009, Tim was appointed as Chair of the West Virginia House of Delegates Judiciary Committee, and in 2014 Tim was elected as Speaker of the House. He served in that role until 2015 and served as the Minority Leader until 2020 when he chose not to run for office.
