Bianca Danielle Spangler, founder of Billion Dollar Service, has been a shining example of best in class service throughout her entire career. Bianca's incredible work ethic runs in her bloodline and is derived from watching her dad and uncle owner operate a GM dealership in small town Kansas. She learned many of life's lessons on the basketball court, at the golf course and time spent on her grandfather's farm. Bianca also brings over 20 years of experience and success in the golf service industry. One of Bianca's best attributes is fostering impactful relationships and her magnetic nature is hard to ignore. Although she prides herself on her attention to detail and diligence, she loves to laugh, dance and enjoy great wine.

Former Navy SEAL Commander, Mark McGinnis, is a widely recognized leadership expert. Drawing on 24 years of Special Operations experience, Commander McGinnis, applies his special operation forces' training and execution techniques to organizational leadership, behavior and performance.
Commander McGinnis operates as a trusted partner in his approach to developing world-class leaders and building sustainable/accountable winning cultures through simple, repeatable processes that have been time tested and combat validated by the worlds' premier Special Operations Force.

Prior to completing his last tour of duty, Commander McGinnis was a regional sales director for Genzyme Biosurgery-a fortune 500 medical device company. After graduating from the United States Naval Academy, he went on to achieve a decorated career, defending his country, in what is considered the most highly trained and dedicated force in the field of global special operations.
Commander McGinnis is the Founder and Managing Director of the SEAL Legacy Foundation, a non-profit organization that aids families of wounded and fallen United States Navy SEALs.
As a United States Naval Academy graduate, he was a four-year varsity football athlete.

Kevin Kirk is a PGA Master Professional, 2019 PGA Teacher of the Year and a GOLF Magazine Top 100 Teacher in America. He has taught an impressive list of students, highlighted by 2010 US Open Champion and four-time European Ryder Cup Team Member Graeme McDowell; three-time United States Ryder Cup Team Member and 2018 Masters Champion Patrick Reed; LPGA TOUR star and Major Champion Lexi Thompson; and three-time PGA TOUR winner Jhonattan Vegas; among others. Kirk also works with professional golfers Maria Verchenova and Rodolfo Cazubon, making him the coach of five Olympians.
Kevin is currently the Director of Golf Instruction at The Woodlands Country Club and for over 25 years the key differentiator in Kevin's coaching has been the continuous optimization of performance through analytics and his holistic approach. He constantly collaborates with top coaches and performance leaders (inside and outside of golf) from around the world to explore ideas and compare notes on athlete development, performance and growing the game.
Fluent in Spanish, Kirk is a valued consultant for several golf federations, Olympic Committees and private clubs throughout Latin America. Highly regarded as a mentor, educator and role model for fellow PGA Members, Kirk's passion is reinforced by his commitment to inclusiveness and sharing both his experience and knowledge with peers.
