Early in his career, Azar founded a management organization to advise independent private practices with startup and transition services.
Azar then established and led the new market development and specialties divisions for Pacific Dental Services, growing them from 160 locations to over 700 locations across 22 states.
As founder of the Healthcare Advisory Shop, he served as an operating advisor, executive, and board member for over 30 organizations in the medical and dental service organization sectors.
Azar has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from the University of Texas at Austin.

Bond has more than 20 years extensive revenue cycle experience in both healthcare and dental spaces and is responsible for overseeing the daily revenue cycle management and credentialing functions of BOND Orthodontic Partners.
Previously, she served as a revenue cycle and practice management expert for large private-equity backed companies with a focus on building and centralizing key revenue cycle management services.
She also managed revenue cycle operations for over 200 clinics across 28 states.
Bond has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Brian is passionate about speaking and building relationships with entrepreneurial doctors interested in growing their practice with a strategic partner.
He has years of experience working with physician-led healthcare service organizations.
Brian began his career in investment banking and financial consulting where he advised on strategic growth for several physician-led healthcare companies.
Most recently, Brian was at US Oral Surgery Management where he helped grow the organization into the largest oral surgeon group in the United States.
Brian has a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing from Baylor University and Masters of Business Administration from the SMU Cox School of Business.
Andrew Rosen grew up mostly in Texas playing a multitude of sports before attending Brown University for college. After a brief time living in the outback of Wyoming, he decided to return to Texas to attend the US News and World Report's #1 Dental School in the country: Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School. Upon graduating in the top of his class, he went on to an orthodontic residency in Houston before moving to Tucson, Arizona to begin private practice. In 2006 he was elected President of the Arizona State Orthodontic Association and currently serves as President of the Tucson Conquistadores, a philanthropic organization which supports athletics for underprivileged or disabled youth. Dr Rosen is an avid supporter of University of Arizona athletics and serves as a dental and orthodontic consultant while traveling with the sports teams. He and his fantastic wife, Cathy, have been together for 30 years and have 3 high-energy boys.
Dr. Blair Kirk was born and raised in the Bay Area. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in zoology and a Master of Science degree in Human Physiology, he attended the University of California at San Francisco, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Kirk was then accepted into the prestigious orthodontic residency program at UCSF, where he completed a second master's degree in oral biology. At the completion of his residency, he was presented with the Award of Special Merit by the American Association of Orthodontists. This honor was one of only two awards given throughout the entire United States to graduating residents for outstanding contribution to the field of orthodontics.
Dr. Kirk and his family have lived in Petaluma since 1996. He supports the local community by sponsoring athletic teams, giving orthodontic presentations at schools, and donating to charities and fundraisers. When not creating stunning smiles, Dr. Kirk loves to spend time with his wife and two children, play basketball, and dodge potholes on his road bike.
Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, and a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, and the Washington State Dental Association, Dr. Bret Johnson is one of the best orthodontists in the state. He's also on the Spokane Craniofacial Review Board. For Dr. Johnson, giving his patients exceptional orthodontic care isn't just passion, it's a mission. That's why he started his practice. A practice built for everyone in a fun environment that gets people excited about their smile.
Dr. Johnson is a Spokane Valley native. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Western Washington University and continued to the University of Michigan where he earned both his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) and Master of Science in Orthodontics (MS).
Dr. Johnson has been practicing orthodontics in the Spokane Valley since 2009. A committed family man, Dr. Johnson enjoys the beauty the Northwest has to offer with his wife, their three children, and two dogs.

Dr. Kenworthy attended Brigham Young University for his undergraduate education. He received his BDS and DDS degrees from the University of California at San Francisco. He then practiced general dentistry in Montana before going back to obtain three years of specialty training, an orthodontic certificate, and a Masters degree in orthodontic treatment from the Mayo Graduate School in Medicine. Apart from practicing orthodontics, Dr. Kenworthy also lectures other orthodontists, teaching them his techniques to improve the care of their patients.
Dr. Kenworthy is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the European Orthodontic Society, the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists, the Montana State Orthodontic Society, the American Dental Association, and the Montana Dental Association. He has served as president of the Montana 3rd District Dental Society, the Montana State Orthodontic Society, and the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists and he has been inducted into the International College of Dentists.
In addition to publishing numerous articles in scientific literature including the Journal of Orofacial Pain, the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, the European Journal of Orthodontics, and the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics as well as presenting his research at scientific meetings in the United States, Canada and Europe, Dr. Kenworthy has published poetry, coached semi-professional baseball, written a few novels and led Boy Scout troops. Dr. Kenworthy, his wife, and their five boys enjoy hiking, four-wheeling, camping, water skiing, and traveling.
Dr. Erik Curtis is a board-certified orthodontist that practices in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. Dr. Curtis and his wife Sonny have three sons and one daughter who bring absolute joy to their life.
Dr. Curtis attended the University of Utah and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. He was awarded a distinctive scholarship to attend the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and graduated as valedictorian of his class. During dental school he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary dental society. He received his Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics and Master of Science degree from the University of Iowa.
Dr. Curtis strives to be actively involved in the study and pursuit of dentistry and orthodontics through various organizations, study clubs, and dental societies. He is a former president of the Panhandle Dental Society, and a former director of the Seattle Study Club, the Pinnacle Dental Study Club, the North Idaho Pinnacle Dental Hygiene Study Club, and the Spear Study Club.
Dr. Curtis is honored to be one of the founding doctors of Bond Orthodontics. He is excited to help colleagues attain greater success, growth and happiness through a partnership with Bond Orthodontics.
Dr. Frank Beglin attended the University of California at Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. He attended The Ohio State University, where he was awarded his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1991 and completed a rigorous one-year General Practice Residency at the Veterans Hospital in San Francisco; he remained in San Francisco, practicing family dentistry for two years.
Dr. Beglin returned to The Ohio State University, where he undertook a three-year Orthodontic Residency. He completed the program in 1997, with his Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics and Master of Science (MS). Dr. Beglin's Master's thesis received an award of special merit in a national competition sponsored by the American Association of Orthodontists; it was published in the prestigious Journal of the American Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Beglin is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
When he's not crafting beautiful smiles, or studying the latest orthodontic research, Dr. Beglin loves time with his wife and their two young daughters. His favorite recreational activity is cycling, though he also enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing, camping, golfing, and traveling.
Dr. McCord trained at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and completed his Doctorate of Dentistry and an additional Masters Degree in Oral Biology. He graduated at the top of his class with honors and served as Student Body President of the Dental School.
After Dental School, Dr. McCord went on to complete his orthodontic training at the University of Iowa, one of the top orthodontic programs in the nation. There he earned both a certificate in Orthodontics and a second Master's degree in Orthodontics. During his education, he also participated in several research projects with his work being published in the prestigious American Journal of Orthodontics. Dr. McCord was also invited to teach others during both dental school and orthodontic residency.
Dr. McCord has always set high expectations for himself and that has allowed him to excel in the treatment of his patients. For this reason, he has continued to stay up to date with continuing education. He is Spear Institute trained and loves working with the most difficult orthodontic cases.
Currently Dr. McCord serves on the board for the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontics and the Idaho State Dental Foundation. He also is serving in leadership positions for the Idaho State Orthodontic Society.
Dr. Mike Allen has lived in Carlsbad for the last 15 years and considers himself a SoCal native. He even went to school there, completing his DDS degree as well as his MS Ortho Cert degree at the University of Southern California in LA. He's a member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), the American Board of Orthodontics (ABO), and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists (PCSO). He's also been a certified Invisalign® provider for over 15 years.
When he's not in the office, Dr. Allen loves to play golf and go to the beach with his wife, Natalie, and their 5 wonderful kids.
Dr. Stephen Yang is a Board Certified Orthodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is currently the only Redwood City Orthodontist that is Board Certified and one of only three Board Certified Orthodontists within 10 miles of Redwood City, CA. Dr. Yang has been practicing orthodontics in the area for more than 11 years. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, San Mateo County Dental Society, American Dental Association, and California Dental Association.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Dr. Yang received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. He then attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine where he completed his thesis and obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, graduating with Honors. As his goal was to practice orthodontics, Dr. Yang moved back to Los Angeles and completed his orthodontic training at the University of Southern California. While at USC, he also obtained a Master's of Science in Craniofacial Biology for his work on one-phase versus two-phase treatment in patients with large overbites.
Dr. Yang and his wife, MyLinh, live in the South Bay with their three young daughters. In his free time, the doctor likes playing basketball, volleyball, golf, tennis and snowboarding. He also enjoys a variety of artistic activities, including photography, painting, singing, and playing guitar. Dr. Yang is an intermediate balloon sculptor and enjoys making balloon animals for patients and families! He also volunteers for the American Diabetes Association where he helps plan local fundraising events.
A native of Palo Alto, Dr. Wu is a family man, who enjoys biking and wine. Eric shares his life with his wife Lisa and their two children, Misa and Preston. He is fluent in Mandarin and speaks proficient German.
Dr. Freeman graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from the University of Arizona and continued on to the University of Southern California School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery, Certificate in Orthodontics, and Master's degree in Craniofacial Biology. He is an American Board of Orthodontics Diplomate and a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Santa Clara County Dental Society. He has been practicing in the San Jose community since 2008.
Dr. Freeman is passionate about supporting the local community through his work with the Evergreen Elementary Community-in-Action group and is an active member of the Evergreen Business and Professional Association.
A committed family man, Dr. Freeman married his college sweetheart and they have two amazing and precocious boys as well as two French dogs. He loves spending time with his family, watching his boys discover life in their own way, his dogs, and BBQ.

Dr. Griffiths is a member of the Clark County Dental Society, the Nevada Dental Association, the American Dental Association®, the American Association of Orthodontists®, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and the State of Nevada Early Intervention Service. Dr. Griffiths previously served on the Board of Directors of the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and as the President of the Nevada State Orthodontic Society.
Dr. Garcia approaches orthodontics with a passion and a commitment to excellent service while remembering to have some fun along the way! In his spare time, he enjoys a competitive game of golf, yoga or anything that keeps him active, and is a serious world cup soccer fanatic. Dr. Garcia and his wife, Tanya, have lived in Temecula for over 17 years and would not choose to live anywhere else with their three sons: Victor, Roberto and Alessandro.
Dr. Garcia earned his undergraduate degree from Bethany College, where he was recruited to play tennis and became an NAIA Academic All-American. He received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry and also completed a General Practice Residency at Indiana University Hospital. He was then accepted into the highly competitive Orthodontic Post-Doctoral program at Saint Louis University, which is currently considered one of the top orthodontic programs in the world. During his 30-month residency, Dr. Garcia was elected class president and earned both his orthodontic specialty certification and a Master of Science in Dentistry degree.
Dr. Garcia is a second generation orthodontist and comes from a family of dentists and physicians. He belongs to several dental professional organizations and multi-disciplinary study clubs, and has twice been the president of the San Diego Academy of Orthodontists. Dr. Garcia is one of the premier providers of Invisalign in the country and even received the award for the best Class II Invisalign case in North America at the 2014 Invisalign Summit. He is on the Progressive Orthodontist Magazine Advisory Board, has been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics, and attends continuing education courses throughout the year. Dr. Garcia intends to continue to maintain the practice at the cutting edge of orthodontic technology while keeping the best interest of his patients.

Meagan has spent her career in multi-location and setting healthcare organizations where she served as the process, culture, and people champion.
Meagan received her MBA from the University of Baltimore. In addition, she holds multiple human resources and training certifications.
Dr. Pobanz, an Ogden native, has been serving the people of the Ogden community with quality orthodontics since 1998.
Dr. Pobanz completed his DDS degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1996, then attained his MS degree in Oral Biology and Orthodontics at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1998. He was awarded Diplomate Status by the American Board of Orthodontics in 2006.
Dr. Pobanz has spent time giving back to his profession with journal articles and lecturing but now focuses on teaching as a visiting associate clinical professor of orthodontics at the University of Nevada School of Dentistry in Las Vegas Nevada. He commutes there once every eight weeks to empower the specialty residents in very specific areas of his expertise in orthodontics.

Dr. Richard Chan is a native of Kent, Washington. He received his dental degree from the UCLA College of Dentistry in Los Angeles, California. He then went on to complete his orthodontic specialty training at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio (Go Buckeyes!). He specializes in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics for adults, teens and children. He's a firm believer in technology, which is why he's trained in a variety of cutting-edge techniques such as Invisalign, ceramic braces, the use of temporary anchorage devices (TADS), soft tissue lasers and self-ligating braces including the Damon system. If something can make treatment speedier, safer and more effective for his patients, you better believe Dr. Chan is on top of it!
Dr. Chan is currently a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association and the Washington State Dental Association and engages in continuing education to keep his skills extra sharp.
Dr. Chan takes a personalized approach to his patients' care so they have a great orthodontic experience and are able to uncover the smiles they deserve. He enjoys interacting with his patients and their families and being a part of their lives. He knows that a lot of people would love straight teeth but can't afford it. He's on a mission to change that by making high-quality treatment work for any budget.
When Dr. Chan isn't focused on teeth, you can usually find him with his wife and three children. The Chan family lives in Kirkland, Washington where they're involved with the community and church. They love taking advantage of the beautiful natural scenery by getting outdoors as much as possible and spending time with friends and family.
Samuel Berro is a board- certified orthodontist with practices in Los Alamitos, CA and Chino Hills, CA. He is a graduate of the UCLA dental school and the UCSF orthodontic residency program. Sam was a former board member for the Harbor Dental Society and is now a board member for the California Association of Orthodontists. He grew up in Long Beach and recently moved back after living in Huntington Beach for 20 years and has an adult boy and twin girls. When not at the office, he enjoys surfing, paddleboarding, pickleball, hiking, working out and vintage car rallies. Sam loves the profession of orthodontics and is proud to be one of the founding members of BOND.

Scott has served BPOC as a board member, senior executive advisor and operating partner since 2009. Scott is currently a board member and investor in Home Care Delivered and Health Ecommerce, and has also served as a board member for Tidi Products, Southern Anesthesia and Surgical, Preferred Home Care and Scrip Hessco.
Prior to BPOC, Scott served as a board member and investor in Heartland Dental Care and as President of Patterson Dental Supply. He also founded EagleSoft, Inc. and was CEO when Patterson purchased EagleSoft in 1997, and was President of PSI (a subsidiary of Colgate Palmolive), a veterinary practice management software company.

Stacie's number one goal is relentlessly finding ways to increase patient satisfaction, which in turn, results in greater financial success.
Stacie is a graduate of the University of Oregon and currently lives in Vancouver, Washington.

She has 20+ years of human resources in a variety of industries. Most recently, Tracey was employed by US Oncology, supporting Maryland Oncology Hematology, the largest community-based cancer practice in Maryland, providing patient care in 16 locations.
Tracey is committed to lifelong learning and advancing the HR profession through her involvement in her local SHRM chapter and professional certifications.
Tracey has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson University and Masters degree in Human Resources from McDaniel College. She also carries SPHR and SHRM-SCP HR certifications.

Tracy joins BOND with more than 15 years experience in the human services and healthcare industry. Prior to BOND, her most recent position was with a private equity backed healthcare company that expanded its footprint from 17 to 400+ locations, becoming the largest of its kind in North America.
Tracy has a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Studies from The University of North Texas and a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington.
