The steelhammer group is a management-consulting firm that helps companies maximize their return on their digital and eCommerce investments. The firm has performed key strategy and operations work for firms such as TPG Capital, Petco, Vonage, Office Depot, Synchronoss Technology, Nokia, Vodafone, Avaya a... Before forming the steelhammer group in 2007, Bob was the Vice President of att.com and AT&T's Chief Web Executive responsible for growing the online business to over $4 Billion online sales. He led the online marketing, advertising and support businesses along with technical development & operations organizations. In this role, Bob led the online marketing development and launch of iconic products such as: MyWireles on ATT.com - the first full online self-service telecommunications site.
