Dot's Cottage is a Fisherman's Cottage which was built in the 1750s by the owner of a fishing schooner. It is traditionally styled with many quirky talking points. This Brixham holiday cottage is set in a quiet garden shared with another 4 cottages and within 2 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Brixham's beautiful harbour and walks around Torbay and the Devon Coastline The harbour area has an array of interesting shops and eating places, including probably the best fish and chips in England!... The living accommodation comprises of a cosy lounge with wood burner and smart TV with Netflix and WiFi. The lounge leads through to beautiful cottage kitchen/diner with an array of free standing units, Aga type cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. The Cottage also benefits from a washing machine, iron and ironing board and hair dryer - all the essentials needed for a happy stay.
