Scott Tenner, MD, MPH, FACG, medical director of the facility, also serves as an associate professor of medicine at the State University of New York and as director of medical education and research, Maimonides Medical Center. Dr. Tenner serves on the Research Committee for the American College of Gastroenterology. Having published more than 300 papers, abstracts, books and chapters in gastrointestinal diseases, Dr. Tenner speaks at many national conferences on various topics. His education and research focus is on pancreatic disease, colonoscopy, and practice management.
