We want to make our properties a bright spot in the community and remarkable enough to be a destination for those outside of the community... Brytspot is not bound by location, our group of private equity investors are typically engaged by a variety of projects in a number of locations. Typically at least one member of the investment team will be within close proximity of the project... In today's environment, only best-in-class performance will lead to success. Our resources need to be deployed with focus. Therefore, we focus on a smaller number of projects in our portfolio, to insure our focused and mission is met.
