Brian is the founder of Lucent Investments, an investment management firm, and Inner Circle, an investment advisory firm. Brian studied business management and economics at the State University of New York. He holds FINRA securities licenses in Series 7 - General Securities, and Series 55 - Equity Trader.

He served for 11 years as the pro bono Chairman of the Israeli Association of Construction and Infrastructure Engineers (IACIE) and is a member of the Central Building Standards Committee of the Standards Institute of Israel. His career includes the following positions: CEO of the largest construction contractor in Israel; board member of Electra, the major contracting, M&E and FM company in Israel; and a member of the Executive Board of Africa Israel, one of the largest Israeli developers.

Eliezer is the Founder and CEO of Besadno Investment Group, with forty years of international business experience in North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Under his leadership, Besadno has invested in close to fifty companies. He has taken an active role in many of these ventures. Eliezer believes in the Jewish principle of "siyata dishmaya" (a term that means "with G-d's help") which conveys the idea that we succeed because of G-d's intervention. Moreover, he has written three books on this concept, which guides his ethical principles in life and business.
Ilana is a marketing graduate with experience in project management, market research and advertising in a variety of industries including education, finance, food, and high-tech. She enjoys learning new skills, and thrives on challenges.
