Adam Smith joined BWC Terminals in April 2019 as the Director of Operations. Adam has an extensive background in operations management, managing bulk liquid and dry storage terminals throughout the US. He previously worked as the Vice President of Operations for Limetree Bay Terminals in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. Prior to that, Adam worked for Kinder Morgan Terminals for 13 years, starting as a Terminal Manager and being promoted to Vice President of Operations with direct responsibility for 16 terminal operations.
Adam served as an Armor Officer in the US Army from 2000-2006 in various roles and locations, including a tour in the Republic of Korea, and two combat tours in Iraq. He is the recipient of several awards and commendations, including two Bronze Star Medals.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Middle Eastern Area Studies from the US Military Academy and a Masters of Business Administration from Nicholls State University.

Mr. Bradley "Brad" Oswald joined BWC Terminals in September 2021 as the Chief Financial Officer. Brad began his career in the energy industry in 2007, focusing on the terminal and midstream sectors. Before joining BWC Terminals, Brad was the Chief Financial Officer of two private equity-backed Midland Basin water midstream platforms.

Brian Cutter joined BWC Terminals in August 2020 as Vice President of Corporate Business Development. After graduate school in 2000, Brian's career has included both finance and corporate development roles with several energy companies in both the downstream and midstream sectors.
Prior to joining BWC, Brian was the Director of Corporate Business Development for American Midstream Partner, LP, a publicly traded master limited partnership focused on oil and gas gathering, processing, treating, transmission and terminaling. Prior to that, he held various positions in corporate development, primarily focused on merger and acquisitions, as well as time as a consultant engaged in valuation, buy-side, and sell-side advisory for clients primarily in the energy sector.
Brian holds a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Joe Tolbert joined BWC Terminals in October 2017 as VP Human Resources. Joe brings over 40 years of experience to our team as a leader and human resources executive in a variety of industrial sectors, including Oil & Gas, Engineering & Construction, and Commercial Foods with companies such as Hess Corporation, Fluor Corporation and Cargill Corporation.
Joe has a proven track record of transitioning organizations through acquisitions and divestitures, initiating and driving programs which enhance individual and organizational performance, and spearheading efforts which support corporate social responsibility and community involvement.
Joe graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Mr. Suder was named the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BWC Terminals in February 2020. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Company.
Mr. Suder was the CEO of BW Terminals, Inc. (formerly named Blackwater Midstream Corp.) prior to merging with Contanda. His tenure with BW Terminals started with the company's inception in May 2008 through November 2016, returning in August 2018 through present.
Under his leadership, the company experienced tremendous growth from being a fledgling start-up company to a well-respected storage service provider, with capacity of approximately 3 million barrels spread over three terminals in the greater New Orleans, LA area and in Brunswick, GA.
Mike has been in the terminal industry for over 25 years, serving in a variety of leadership roles at Delta Terminal Services, Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, ArcLight Capital Partners and LBC Tank Terminals.
Mr. Suder received a B.A from George Washington University in 1976.
