Aaron Zauner, Wealth Management Advisor, has been directly advising individuals, families, and small business owners on personal finances and wealth management since 2005. After spending the last 15 years working in a corporate environment, Aaron decided to join Caldwell Advisors, LLC where he recognized the opportunity to provide his clients highly personalized advice and wealth management solutions that are centered around the individual client and their family.

Bentley Y. London, Wealth Management Advisor, began his career in Financial Services in 2011. Bentley is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and holds a degree in Business Administration.
In 2018, Bentley joined Caldwell Advisors, LLC. Through his partnership with Caldwell Advisors, LLC, and LPL Financial, Bentley is able to provide comprehensive wealth planning to individuals, families, executives and business owners who require a more disciplined investment philosophy, while taking a holistic view of their individual financial situation.
Caldwell Group, LLC, founder Billy Ray Caldwell, Jr., has been helping clients pursue their financial goals since 1991. Mr. Caldwell's focus has been providing highly personalized advice and wealth management services, primarily for individuals, families and small businesses. He has advised clients on all aspects of family wealth management, including education savings accounts (ESAs), 529 plans, retirement planning, money management and intergenerational transfers. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a bachelor's degree in Economics and obtained a law degree from Duke University School of Law. Billy Ray also practiced corporate and securities law in Los Angeles for two years prior to moving to Nashville.
Since returning to Nashville, Billy Ray has been actively involved in local charitable organizations, having previously served on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee, The Faith Family Medical clinic and The Vanderbilt University Board of Trust.
Debra Starnes, Client Service Associate, has been part of the financial and insurance industries for greater than 13 years. Debra is very detailed oriented, and providing accurate information to both clients and advisors is something which she takes very serious in her role.
Debra is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego. She is a supporter of cat rescue, and volunteers with her local animal shelter in multiple capacities.

Natasha Smith, Chief Operating Officer, has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. Natasha has had the opportunity to work with both independent and wire house firms.
Natasha Smith, Chief Operating Officer / Chief Compliance Officer, has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. Natasha has had the opportunity to work with both independent and wire house firms and has held a number of growth positions in the industry. Her experience in both client service and branch operations management has provided her a well rounded view that allows the ability to be proactive in both client service and business management. Natasha holds a number of securities registrations through LPL Financial including the Series 7, 9, 10, & 63.
Natasha is a 1995 graduate of Mississippi State University. She is an avid supporter of animal rescue. She has two rescue dogs of her own.
