Capstone Medical Wellness Center opened its doors in January 2001 in downtown Lebanon PA. We made the transition to Palmyra PA in December 2010. This shift to a larger, more modern facility allowed us to move one step closer to our goal of a comprehensive wellness center that will support our philosophy at Capstone Medical Wellness Center .
