Leslie Boggs is the president of Carrell Boggs Consulting. A leadership development expert and Certified Human Behavioralist from Odessa, Texas, Boggs has over 20 years of leadership experience in nonprofit volunteer and staff management. Boggs served as president of National Congress of Parent Teacher Association, the nation's oldest and largest volunteer child advocacy association, from June 2019-2021. Boggs began her career in the fashion and design industry and then became the owner of an oil and gas wholesale distributor, as well as an HVAC installation company, both family owned. After selling the corporations, she founded CarrellBoggs Consulting to help other entrepreneurs and nonprofits enhance their leadership and management skills while reaching their full potential. Boggs is a certified DISC trainer and has been certified as a Virtual Presenter. She is certified in Nonprofit Leadership and Management and is a certified Maxwell Leadership Team Coach and Mentor. She is a dynamic keynote, trainer, coach, mentor and presenter. Boggs believes that servant leadership empowers others to reach their potential and is guided by the words of John Maxwell: "A leader is not great because of his or her power, but because of his or her ability to empower others." Sharon Goldblatt

With past employment in entertainment, corporate, and small business, Sharon Goldblatt splits her time between her professional work and volunteering. While she began her career as a stage performer in dance companies, summer stock, dinner theater, road shows, and Broadway, she moved to the corporate world when home and family beckoned. Working at Electronic Data Systems, she was drawn to special projects like Texans' War on Drugs and No Pass-No Play, spearheaded by Ross Perot. With the birth of her second child, she began adding volunteer work to her busy schedule. She has more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit governance. A passionate advocate for children and youth, she has held leadership positions for a number of community, state, and national boards and coalitions working to promote equitable education and create a better future for our children. Some of her positions include serving as president or chair of Texas PTA, Vermont PTA, State Presidents' Club, Alliance on Underage Drinking (ALOUD) Coalition, Texans Standing Tall, Texans for Health, Education & Safety Coalition, Plano Youth Leadership, Plano ISD Key Communicators, and others. Sharon Goldblatt is a skilled, popular presenter who has conducted workshops and training for civic groups, government entities, and nonprofits. She enjoys the opportunity to share her experience, and she loves hearing from and working with others to help them reach their personal best.
