CHASEY LAW OFFICES - Key Persons

Peter grew up in California. He went to college in Colorado and San Diego, California. Peter received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 2001 as a Member of the Order of the Coif presented to the top 5% of the graduating class. Before law school, Peter worked as a land surveyor. During law school, Peter solicited government staffing contracts for military bases, hospitals, and prisons. Once licensed, Peter worked as staff counsel for one of the largest insurance companies in the world defending general claims against insured businesses. Eager to do more, Peter started Chasey Law Offices in 2005. Since then, he has focused on representing businesses and shareholders. Whether organizing new entities with the Nevada Secretary of State, negotiating contracts, or litigating the fair value of a publicly traded stock in a contested transaction, Peter applies common sense, unique strategies, and hard work to resolve disputes in his clients' favor.
