He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University, as well as Master of Science and Master of Engineering degrees from University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Shafe has over 25 years of experience designing and developing software for a wide variety of businesses. He has overseen the development of numerous engineering tools for design, testing and quality control, as well customer-facing applications for contact management, business record keeping, inventory management, systems engineering and remote automation. He holds an Associate of Arts degree in Electrical Engineering from the College of San Mateo and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Mohit is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with 30 years of global sales experience in multiple industries. He is results driven in building and managing sales and distribution channels. Mr. Mohit holds a bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northrop Institute of Technology at Caltech and Master of Science in Business and Engineering from the University of Southern California.
