DIAMOND QUALITY CLEAN - Key Persons
Mandy has been with Diamond Quality Clean since November 2017. She started as a Cleaning Associate and quickly excelled through hard work and determination, to Team Leader and now as Director of Operations. Mandy helps guide our cleaning teams each morning to understand our clients' work orders and expectations. She answers questions and provides direction to the staff. Mandy also spends a great deal of time training new staff on procedures and techniques. Most new cleaning associates assigned to Mandy's team get a full understanding of what we mean by Diamond Quality Cleaning!! Mandy is from Brown County and has two great boys, Devin and Gabriel.
Rachel is 28 years of age and born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. Rachel started with Diamond Quality Clean in 2012 as a Cleaning Associate. She was promoted to Team Leader and then to Director of Sales and Admin. Her hard work and dedication is so appreciated by all of our clients as well as the Diamond Staff. She does new client estimates, manages the schedule and handles customer service as well. Rachel's "fur" children's names are Finn and Octavia. They keep her very busy! In her spare time, Rachel enjoys hiking, kayaking, spending time with friends as well as any outdoor activity! Rachel also enjoys live music and traveling to other states to see the sights and relax.
Sandy has a passion for creating beautiful environments, which includes cleaning! Sandy started Diamond Quality Clean in July 2011 and is proud to be in business for 10 years! She has a background of 25 years in Management and Administration. Sandy says this has helped her create a system of organization and customer service at Diamond Quality Clean that is unsurpassed by any other cleaning company in the Cincinnati area. Sandy is from New Jersey and is a proud mother of 2 wonderful sons and 4 beautiful grandchildren. When not at work, Sandy enjoys decorating, working out and outdoor activities. Sandy and the team are ready to help you achieve a clean space!
