CLEAR South Asia is part of the Centre for Learning and Evaluation of Results (CLEAR), a global initiative coordinated by the World Bank's Independent Evaluation Group (IEG). The CLEAR network, consisting of six regional Centres and two affiliate Centres, works with institutions in developing countries to strengthen their monitoring & evaluation (M&E) capacities to accelerate poverty reduction.
