Andrea joined Compass Pointe in August 2018 after spending nearly 16 years as the CFO of a local not-for-profit. She also has more than 12 years of previous experience in public accounting.
Andrea works on, amongst many things, general ledger and bookkeeping assistance, business and individual tax returns, business personal property and real estate abatements, as well as general business consulting matters for clients.
She has been married to her husband, John, for more than 30 years and is the proud mother of three children. Outside of the office, Andrea enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, biking, swimming and fishing, playing games at family game night, as well as attending church at Grace Assembly of God. Andrea is an avid lover of animals, especially her two dogs and two cats.
Angela began with the firm in 1996, starting as an intern during her final two years of study at Franklin College, and then became a Partner in 2010.
She graduated in May 1997 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and received her CPA certification in 2000.
Angela is active in several not-for-profit organizations in Johnson County, including the Franklin Development Corporation, the Johnson County Autism Support Group and Johnson County Community Organizations Active in Disasters.
She has served on the Board of Directors for Leadership Johnson County, of which she graduated in 2009. Angela also currently serves on several committees within these organizations.
Angela lives in Franklin with her husband, Brad, and their son, Nicholas. She is a member of the AICPA and Indiana CPA Society. She enjoys attending Nicholas' activities, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Diane started out with Compass Pointe CPAs as working part-time during the tax season shuffle. After five years, she joined the team on a full-time, part-time basis in May 2020. Diane has experience working in the banking industry for 10 years and was the secretary/treasurer of a school district for 14 years. Before retiring in 2016, Diane worked for over seven years for the State of Indiana as a field auditor for the Indiana Gaming Commission.
At Compass Pointe, Diane assists with office matters as well as general ledger and payroll matters.
Diane resides in New Palestine, Indiana and has three children and seven grandchildren. Outside of the office, Diane enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, baking and attending craft shows.
Jessica has been with Compass Pointe CPAs for over 15 years. She assists with payroll processing as well as general ledger and bookkeeping assistance for small to medium-sized businesses.
Jessica resides in Greenwood, Indiana and enjoys spending time with her son, Logan, and partner, Corey. She also enjoys doing various crafts and working on small home improvement projects.
Joe joined the firm in the summer of 2014 after spending four years in public accounting at a large, local firm. During those four years, Joe had the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the areas of attestation and assurance services before focusing on taxation entrepreneurial services work for the past few years.
A graduate of Whiteland Community High School (2006) and Taylor University (2010, summa cum laude), Joe lives with his wife, Amy, and children Dorothy and Brian.
He is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Indiana CPA Society.
Aside from accounting, Joe has extensive experience in the music industry.
Kelley has been with Compass Pointe CPAs for over 30 years, starting by putting tax returns together part-time in 1986. She is currently the Office Manager for the firm.
She is married to Todd and has three children and three grandchildren. Kelley lives in Whiteland, Indiana and enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding her motorcycle and sitting by her pool.
Matt joined the firm in the summer of 2019 after spending over four years in public accounting at a large, national firm. During those years, Matt gained valuable experience in business and individual taxation. Matt graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in Accounting and Finance. He received his CPA certification in 2019 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Indiana CPA Society.
Matt joined the United States Army in 2003 and continues to serve in the Indiana Army National Guard as a Master Sergeant. He has completed two tours to Iraq and one to Kuwait during his career as a healthcare specialist (combat medic).
At Compass Pointe, Matt focuses on, amongst other things, corporate and partnership taxation as well as business consulting and tax planning matters.
Matt lives in Bargersville, Indiana with his wife, Dorella (Dori) and their daughter, Dorella (Ella). He enjoys spending time with his family, working on projects around the house, and building in his woodshop.

Pat began as a sergeant in the United States Army. He then went on to become a sergeant for the Indianapolis Police Department while working towards his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Indiana University.
Pat earned his Certified Public Accountant's certification in 1980 and became the Founding Partner of Sherman & Armbruster LLP. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
Pat currently serves on the Board of Directors and member of the Audit Committee and Risk and Credit Policy Committee of First Merchants Bank. Pat also chairs the Executive Committee and is on the Board of Directors of the Johnson County Development Corporation and on the boards of First Merchants Charitable Foundation, Washington Jefferson Williams Foundation, the Cordry Sweetwater Conservancy District and the Baxter YMCA. He also is Controller of the Johnson County Solid Waste Management District.
Pat attends Saints Francis and Clare Catholic Church. In his spare time, Pat enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife, two daughters and four grandchildren.
