Chen (Leo) Zhao

Leo Zhao obtained his Master of Laws degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2018. He is licensed to practice law in New York. His primary focus is on immigration law, which is Federal and therefore can be practiced in any state regardless of the license. Leo has achieved notable success in assisting his clients in obtaining lawful permanent resident status (green card status), asylee status, citizenship, and other immigration benefits. Committed to promoting humanity and justice, Leo is dedicated to helping immigrants navigate the legal system and leveraging his fluency in both Chinese and English as a bilingual attorney. In addition to his professionalism, Leo also showcases remarkable talent as a singer and performer.

D. Garth Sullivan

D. Garth Sullivan graduated from Rutgers Law School in 1995. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of CT, NY, NJ & CA as well as the 2nd and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, NJ Federal District Court and CT Federal District Court. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation in California, particularly family law cases; Garth also has extensive experience in immigration law. His immigration work includes appearing in immigration court on behalf of asylum seekers, both affirmative and defensive, deportation defense, appeals to the BIA and circuit courts, and preparing waiver applications. He is firmly committed to the belief that everyone deserves quality legal representation and that immigrants are an important and often underrated segment of our society.

Howard brings to the Firm over 40 years of legal and trial experience. A former Judge Pro Tem of the Alameda County Municipal Court, Howard has presided over hundreds of criminal and civil trials. Howard is a former trustee and general counsel of one of the largest Real Estate Investment Trusts in the US, owning and managing over 4 million square feet of commercial property. For the past 20 years, Howard has been the general counsel of a Software company who is a leader in producing software for the real estate mortgage industry. Howard's broad experience includes Family Law, Wills and Trusts, Business Disputes and Litigation, and Criminal Law. A collegiate boxer and baseball player, Howard has excelled in athletic as well as legal competition. Howard is married with three grown children. When away from the office Howard enjoys poker and golf.

James Berdelle

Jason Molesso Esq

Jason C. Molesso is licensed to practice Law in the States of New York and Texas, as well as several Federal Courts, including the Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. Jason has exclusively represented injured people in Medical Malpractice, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical, Vaccine, Construction, Premises Liability, Automobile, and General Negligence cases throughout the United States. In almost 20 years of practice, Jason has deposed over 1000 medical and scientific witnesses, has taken more than 40 trial verdicts, and has argued in excess of 20 appeals; all while helping injured people receive the Justice they deserve.

Kevin E. Morgan

Kevin E. Morgan graduated with a B.A. in philosophy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1995 and a J.D. from Touro Law Center in 2001. After graduation, he joined the Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County and began representing indigent clients charged in County and District Court. While there, he began his litigation career with successful jury verdicts in a wide range of cases, including assault, larceny, driving while intoxicated, unlicensed driving, sex abuse, and drug possession. From there he joined New York County Defender Services (NYCDS) and continued for the next thirteen years litigating criminal cases involving violent felonies (such as arson, robbery, burglary, sex crimes and assault) and nonviolent felonies (such as forgery, larceny, and drug possession/sales). At NYCDS he worked collaboratively with experts, investigators, and social workers to present the best defense possible for his clients. He also cross-examined numerous experts, detectives, police officers and civilian witnesses while defending his clients on trial. He has twenty years litigation experience, successfully representing clients facing the most serious allegations down to minor infractions. He also handles civil cases involving complex litigation, contractual disputes, and business disputes. He is admitted to practice in New York, Florida and the U.S. District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Michael Brown

Michael Brown, Esquire has been an attorney in the Orlando area for over 8 years and Of Counsel at Demidchik Law Firm. He was a prosecutor for over 5 years with the State Attorney's Office in Orange and Osceola County. There, he handled misdemeanor cases, juvenile cases, felony cases, felony violations of probation, and litigated over 20 jury trials. Mr. Brown left the State Attorney's Office to become a civil litigator in the areas of foreclosure, breaches of contract, and insurance defense. He has practiced in Courts throughout the State. Mr. Brown is licensed to practice in all courts in the state of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the 3 Florida Federal Courts.

Michael Walsh

Michael Walsh brings over 40 years litigation experience to the firm. He specializes in criminal defense litigation both at the trial and appellate level in both State and Federal Courts. He has been selected again as a Super Lawyer in the Criminal Defense field. His practice includes representation of individuals who are charged with the most serious of cases. .He has represented clients in Federal cases and investigations in numerous jurisdictions including New York, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, California, Oregon, Hawaii, Alabama and all districts for Illinois. He is licensed in the State of Illinois and was a former member of the Illinois Capital Litigation Bar Panel. He has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, where he is a member of its Trial Bar. He has also been admitted as a regular and pro-vice member in numerous US district and state courts throughout the United States. He has been admitted to practice in the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr. Walsh obtained his law degree in 1980 from De Paul University School of Law. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1977 with an A.B. in History.

Robert S. Hazzard

Robert S. Hazzard graduated Cum Laude from St. John's University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. After graduation, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School and upon his admission, became an associate for a General Practice law firm where he practiced both criminal and civil litigation from 2000 until 2008, successfully trying many cases. Thereafter, from 2008 to 2013, Mr. Hazzard was General Counsel for an insurance company handling all of its corporate affairs, litigation and regulatory compliance. From 2013 to 2018, Robert was the Legal Director of an international developer where he handled all corporate and contractual matters, multi-million dollar project financing, equity investments, and external managed advisory.

Shuyang Xie obtained her Juris Doctorate from Tulane Law School. She earned a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University. Currently, she is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey. Her practice focuses primarily on immigration law and civil litigation. Yuan (Bill) Li

Yuan Li is licensed to practice in California and is admitted to the bar of the US Federal Court in the Central District of California. He is also a licensed attorney in China, and has several years of experience of legal practice there. He is familiar with the laws of China and the United States, and has extensive litigation experience. In addition to criminal and civil litigation, he has done substantial research on corporate governance, Anti-Unfair Competition Law of China, Intellectual Property Law, government supervision, and other business areas. Since he started his law practice in 2010, he has worked in the Shanghai office of the Dentons law firm and in the major government economic oversight departments in Shanghai. He is now committed to dedicating himself to exclusive litigation and other legal services to the Chinese community in California.
