Nathan joined Elefund in 2019, bringing his experience as a founder and seasoned operator to the firm and its portfolio companies. Prior to joining Elefund, he was the founding COO of Robinhood, which he helped grow to millions of customers and raised over $500M in capital. He also has experience building teams across finance, HR, compliance, business development, and customer success. Prior to Robinhood, Nathan served as COO of Chronos Research on Wall Street.
At Elefund, he partners with founders who are passionate about solving real-world problems and achieving massive scale. When he isn't working, Nate enjoys spending time sailing, skiing, or wake surfing.
Rasheen joined Elefund in 2022, after working closely with the firm since 2017, when he led several athlete investments through his previous venture platform, Concrete Hill. He brings over two decades of experience working with professional athletes, and advising companies on product development, brand strategy and growth.
He is currently the Co-Founder and President of Realcast, an award-winning XR (extended reality) gaming studio. He is also the Founder of Flexpower, a global wellness brand, where he still serves on the board and shapes the company's product roadmap.
Ross first met the Elefund team in 2017 and admired the firm's framework approach to investing and tireless efforts to support portfolio founders. Ross officially joined the team in 2021 with a decade of investing experience, including the previous eight years in venture capital. Ross also had brief stints at Bypass Lane and on Google's FPA team focused on infrastructure technology - which helped form the foundation for his desire to support emerging technology companies and founders.
When Ross isn't reading up on new markets or trying to connect friends within his network, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, shooting hoops, finding space-related art, and growing his basketball shoe collection.

Serik founded Elefund in 2015 with the belief that businesses create value by masterfully solving complex problems with a simple toolkit. He began his investing career as a public equities investor applying value investing principles, a framework which later served as a cornerstone to Elefund's investment approach.
When he isn't advising founders or evaluating new deals, Serik enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys reading, and hooping.
