Alissa McMillan was born and raised in Poseyville, Indiana. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with her undergraduate in Health Services, concentration in Administration in May of 2013 and her Master of Business Administration in 2018. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Casey, and daughters, Letty and Sage as well as boating and other outdoor activities. Alissa interned with Evansville Surgical Associates from July through December and joined the practice in January of 2013.
Breaha Wininger was born and raised in Newport, IN. She is a graduate of the University of Evansville in 2005 and then obtained her Masters Degree in Nursing from IUPUI in 2011. She began her nursing career as a cardiovascular surgical intensive care and surgery/trauma ICU nurse. Breaha joined Evansville Surgical Associates as one of our Acute Care/Trauma Nurse Practitioners in October 2015. Special interests include spending time outdoors with her husband and their two children, sewing/crafting, as well as traveling.
Cassilyn Lambert was born in Princeton, Indiana and raised in Henderson, Kentucky. She received her undergraduate nursing degree in 2009, her bachelors in nursing from University of Southern Indiana in 2017 and her masters in Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Southern Indiana in 2020. She joined Evansville surgical associates in August 2021. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, singing karaoke and cooking.

Dr. Patel serves as Chief of Surgery at St. Vincent- Evansville Hospital and his special interests include advanced laparoscopy and thorascopy, pediatric, and endocrine surgery
Dr. Patel was born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Henderson, Kentucky. In his spare time, he can be found spending time with his family or on the golf course. Dr. Patel joined Evansville Surgical Associates in 2010.

Dr. Throop is the Medical Director of the Bariatric Center at St. Mary's Medical Center, and his surgical interests include advanced laparoscopy and bariatric surgery.
Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Dr. Throop is an avid skier. He joined Evansville Surgical Associates in 1998.
Erin Wolf was born in Evansville, IN and raised in Mt. Vernon, IN. She graduated with her bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky in 2018 and worked as an operating room technician while completing this degree. She then received her Master of Physician Assistant Science degree from the University of Evansville in May 2021. Erin joined Evansville Surgical Associates in August 2021. She enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and supporting UK athletics.

Heidi Petrig was born in Southern Illinois and grew up in Southern Indiana. Heidi is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with her undergraduate and Masters in Business Administration. She has been a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) since 2010. She is a certified member of the American College of Medical Practice Executives. Heidi enjoys spending time with her family as well as camping, hiking, and traveling. She joined Evansville Surgical Associates in July 2004.
Jesse Kuhlenschmidt was born in Evansville, IN and raised in Mt. Vernon, IN. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Jesse worked as a registered nurse in trauma-surgical intensive care prior to joining Evansville Surgical Associates in 2022. In his free time, Jesse enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Jessica Jobe was born in Marietta, GA and raised in the Atlanta area before moving to Madisonville, KY at the age of 13. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Murray State University in 2016. She then obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University in 2020. She began her nursing career working in the surgical trauma intensive care unit before joining Evansville Surgical Associates in December of 2020. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and UK basketball.
Jim Butterfield was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. He is a graduate of Stetson University in Deland, Florida with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. Jim started his management training in Daytona Beach and Altamonte Springs, Florida for two years before moving back to Evansville to continue his training with Smith & Butterfield for six years. Jim later became the President of the company, a position he held for twenty-six years. In Jim's spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Barbara and their three children Courtney, Amy, and David, as well as golfing and playing tennis. Jim became CEO of Evansville Surgical Associates in January of 2013.
Justin was born and raised in Vincennes, Indiana. He received a Bachelor's of Science with a concentration in Healthcare Administration in 2011 while playing baseball at the University of Southern Indiana. He attained a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2014 and worked in the Surgical Trauma Cardiovascular ICU until receiving his Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from USI in 2021. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking with his family, hunting, fishing, all forms of competitive sports, video games, and lawn care.
Krisie Medler was born and raised in Earlington, Kentucky. She received her undergrad from Chamberlain College of Nursing and her Masters from the University of South Alabama where she received a dual role of family nurse practitioner and adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner. Krisie began her nursing career in the intensive care unit. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, visiting with my family, going to the lake, boating, church, listening to music and traveling. She joined Evansville Surgical Associates in May of 2018.
Dr. Peck's special interests include trauma and complex abdominal wall hernias.
Dr. Peck was born in Chicago, Illinois. She enjoys fishing and spending time with her family. Dr. Peck joined Evansville Surgical Associates in 2009.
Kyle was born and raised on Evansville's west side. He graduated from USI with a bachelor in Biology. He completed his Physician Assistant training in Downers Grove, Illinois at Midwestern University. He joined Evansville Surgical Associates in 2004 and primarily first assists in the operating room with particular interest in advanced laparascopic and vascular surgery. He is a Christian and active in his local church. He and his wife also enjoy spending time with family, sports, camping, gardening, and cooking.
Mandy Wright was born in Big Rapids, MI and raised there until 12 years of age, then moved to Huntingburg, IN. She then went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marian College in Indianapolis, IN and obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing from University of Southern Indiana majoring in Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2016. Mandy joined Evansville Surgical Associates in October of 2016 focusing on vascular surgery. Mandy enjoys family time with her husband Jared and 2 children, Owen and Jemma. She is on a women's volleyball team, loves to walk/run, and spend time with friends and family.
Margaret Elsner was born in Evansville, IN and raised in St. Philip, IN. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Southern Indiana in 2011 and then completed her Master of Science and Medicine in Physician Assistant Studies fromTrevecca Nazarene University in 2015. She joined Evansville Surgical Associates in September of 2015. Margaret enjoys spending time with her family, playing sports, and working on DIY projects.
Dr. Field's special interests include complex hernias as well as general, breast and trauma surgery.
Born in Arizona and raised in the Midwest; Michigan, Illinois and Indiana, Dr. Field enjoys spending time with his fiancé as well as hiking and exploring national parks. He joined Evansville Surgical Associates in 2019.
Meagan Hoefling was born and raised in Evansville, IN. She graduated from Central High School in 2008. She first attended Ivy Tech Community College and graduated with an Associate's Degree in nursing in 2011. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in nursing at the University of Southern Indiana in 2016. She has worked as a bedside registered nurse for 10 years in areas including cardiovascular service line and surgical intensive care. She continued her education at the University of Southern Indiana and obtained her Master of Science of Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021. She joined Evansville Surgical Associates in November of 2021. In her free time, Meagan enjoys spending time with her two boys, husband, and two dogs. She enjoys watching all sports and being outside in the sun!
Rachel Bertram was born in Evansville, IN and raised in Mt. Vernon, IN. She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2017 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Following graduation she worked as a registered nurse in the surgical trauma intensive care unit at Deaconess Midtown. She continued her education at the University of Southern Indiana and obtained her Master of Science of Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021. She joined Evansville Surgical Assoicates in the fall of 2021. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, shopping and watching sports.

Dr. Iglesias serves as the Director of Pediatric Trauma at St. Vincent- Evansville. His special interests include minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopy, endocrine, colonoscopy and endoscopy, treatment of varicose veins
Sarah Meehan was born in Jasper, IN and raised in French Lick, IN. She obtained an Associates Degree of Science in Nursing from Vincennes University Jasper Campus in 2013 and continued with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana in 2015. She then graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in May 2020 with a Masters of Science Degree in Nursing and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She worked at Deaconess Midtown for eight years and spent most of her career in the Emergency Department. She joined Evansville Surgical Associates in August 2020. She enjoys being an auntie to her two nieces and four nephews. Sarah also loves being a dog mom. She enjoys traveling, IU basketball, and baking.

Tara Foncannon was born and raised in Owensville, Indiana. She has been a resident of Evansville, Indiana since 2006. Tara is a graduate of the University Southern Indiana with her undergraduate in Psychology in 2013 and her Master of Public Administration, with an emphasis in the public sector in 2016. Tara enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and volunteering. She joined Evansville Surgical Associates in 2007.
