Previously, Michael held the position of Chief Executive Officer at OMERS Pension Plan where he oversaw the strategic, operational and financial leadership of all investment activities. In addition, Michael is the former CEO of both Oxford Properties and Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust.

He is the past chair of the Centennial Infant and Child Centre Foundation and is a member of the Board of Governors at Crescent School.
Tom McCulloch brings over four decades of principal real estate investment experience to the Fitzrovia Advisory board. Tom serves on several commercial real estate advisory boards as well as the board of trustees for Lakeridge Hospital. Previously, Tom was the Head of Real Estate Investments for the Canada Post Corporation Pension Plan where he grew the real estate portfolio to over $3.5 billion in assets, investing in both direct holdings and fund structures across Canada, the USA and Europe.
