FORM AND FUNCTION

My degree is in Therapeutic Sports Massage. I use my knowledge of functional anatomy to help you move better. I am also here to support you in feeling better in your body. I welcome all bodies! All ages, races, genders, gender expressions or lack thereof. I work by breaking up the painful knots and adhesions holding you in patterns of dysfunction... My aim is to release you from restriction, to coach you in the direction of ease and restore your faith in your body's ability to show up in the ways you need it to. While I want to give you better alignment, I also want you to feel relaxed, rejuvenated and reassured. I will listen to you and learn about the events, activities and priorities in your life. Together we can co-create a plan to meet your needs and care for all facets of your being.
