Camryn Crump

Camryn Crump (He/His) is a well known Facilitator and leader passionate about bridging the gap between Faith and Justice. He has been working in Public Health for the last 11 years in Alameda County addressing Gender, Sexuality, and Racial Equity. Camryn is a recent 2016 graduate of AAHU in the African American Studies Program at UCLA, Chairs the Black Treatment and Advocates Network, BTAN Bay Area and have presented research, updates and creative programs addressing the Black Community, the AIDS Epidemic and other health disparities and social justice at national gatherings such as United States Conference on AIDS (USCA), National African American Men's Leadership Conference and National Harm Reduction Conference. Camryn started his career working for the California State Legislature as a Legislative Black Caucus Intern for Senator Edward Vincent and writing as a Journalist for the Post News Group, Online LGBTQ Magazine, Mused Mag Online and Faith in the Bay. From there he worked hard on the frontline for 7 years with AIDS Project East Bay, now APEB Oakland, and recently finished his time with the Alameda Public Health Department, Office of HIV Care to pursue his passion in Faith, speaking up and representing the LGBTQ+ Community in Faith Spaces. Camryn is a foodie, loves movies, enjoys singing, acting, and will randomly say lines from A Different World, Martin, and Fresh Prince of Bel-Air in the middle of any conversation. Cory Wade

Cory Wade (Pronoun Indifferent) is a public speaker, a queer inclusive sex-educator, and a prominent voice within the LGBTQ+ community. Cory's activism started after he appeared on television as the first openly gay male ever to compete on America's Next Top Model. Cory has since used the social platform garnered through their reality TV stint to help facilitate conversations around queer inclusion and LGBTQPIA2S+ equality across America through "The College Agency". Cory has toured the US to speak at multiple colleges & universities on effective allyship, inclusion, equality, practical empathy and human understanding. He also gives classroom setting vocab workshops on emerging vocabulary in the LGBTQPIA+ vernacular to encourage articulate communication around queer subject matter. Cory also taught queer inclusive sex-education with a non-for profit called S.T.A.R. for 3 years in which they talked to kids in grades 5 through 7 about things like puberty, safe sex, sexuality, gender, identity & all other realms of self discovery in adolescent development.

Cyrus Golestan

Cyrus Golestan (he/him/his) is an Iranian-American photographer, entrepreneur and transgender advocate and educator. He has spoken at the Out & Equal Summit, New York Comic Con and BBC Persia, among other platforms. Cyrus was named a 40 Under 40 LGBTQ Leaders by Business Equality Network Magazine. He is the CEO and co-founder of Trans In The Wild, a trans* led non-profit organization dedicated to empowering the TGNC community through workshops and social events. In addition to advocacy work, he owns and operates Cyrus Golestan Photography, an NGLCC certified LGBT-owned business enterprise.

Erica Parker

Erica (She/Her) is an Oakland native who got her start in advocacy through her own lived human experience of being a Black, Lesbian, Christian woman. Her journey started as a participant at SMAAC in Oakland California where she later gained employment facilitating work groups and conferences. In her younger years she volunteered at APEB, Ark of Refuge, and facilitated queer youth groups out of her home. After graduating from UNLV she began her work in Health Care advocating for patients' rights. Erica hopes to assist others in recognizing the lived experience of others and foster the ability to love without boundaries as we were all created to do.

Hope Giselle

Miami native Hope Giselle got her start in activism, facilitation, and inclusion while in College at Alabama State University. Helping to found and govern the conservative schools FIRST LGBT organization. Giselle ultimately graduated with a masters in Fine Arts as the first openly trans woman to do so at the institution and hit the ground running with her modern social take on trans and black bodies in both public and private spaces. Giselle made a name for herself as through a nearly 10 year career as an activist, master facilitator and author has now founded her own non-profit organization (AllowMe) while serving as a master inclusion specialist and HR consultant by contract. Hope also works with organizations like HRC, freedom for all Americans, LGBT University, ITEquality and TransTech Social to help ensure that the voices of the communities she's apart of are heard.

Rob Smith

Rob Smith, the CEO and Founder of The Phluid Project, has created a space, combining his profession with his passion. After graduating from Michigan State University, Rob began a long retail career, spanning over 30 years, orchestrating multi-billion dollar businesses through merchandising, e-commerce, marketing, product development, and supply chain management. He worked his way through Macy's for over two decades, working within four divisions and finishing with his final position as GMM/EVP Macy's Corporate in product merchandising. Gaining new experiences, Rob became GMM/EVP at Victoria's Secret direct. He was the Children's Global Chief Product Officer for Nike, Levi's Jordan, Hurley, and Converse with Haddad Brands. Rob mentors numerous fashion brands and serves on the Board of Directors for Steve Madden Ltd., leading the newly created CSR committee. He's the former Board Chair for The Hetrick-Martin Institute, which empowers, educates and advocates on behalf of LGBTQA+ youth around the world and has also served on the board of directors for Athlete Ally. Today, Rob leads and mange's The Project Project. A leader in the Gender-Free fashion movement. Phluid, joining a global movement of freedom of authenticity and self-expression, leads with values, a powerful community and a fearlessness to challenge the status quo. Phluid thoughtfully expands into new spaces where they can offer insight, education and impact. Rob lives in NYC with his husband, Rod Grozier, and his dog, Jackson.

Zeno Peterson

Zeno's (he/him/his) pedagogy is embodied, compassionate, and focused on making equitable changes in institutional policy. As a lifetime advocate for those with neuro-atypicalities and early childhood gender/sexuality education, Zeno's curricular goals are less about why we are the same, and much more about appreciating and being grateful for the endless ways we are different.
