Since 2023 we, Rik and Angela, are the new owners of Graaf Floris. We look forward to welcoming you to the most beautiful spot on the Vismarkt!... We have been welcoming Utrecht residents and lovers of good food and drinks from all over the Netherlands and beyond for fifty years. You can come to us for dinner, drinks or lunch, but also for Utrecht history. When you enter Graaf Floris, you feel the history of Utrecht... In 2023 namen wij, Rik en Angela, Graaf Floris over van de, voor velen bekende, familie Walgering. We hebben allebei veel ervaring in de horeca en leerden elkaar kennen als collega's bij Oudaen.
