"Every project takes as long as it takes" - this adage often causes Bruno Burkart anxiety. Not because he has a tendency to be impatient, but because pragmatism and a solution-orientation are of the utmost priority in his eyes. Dealing with the past and endless discussion, on the other hand, make him uneasy. That's what his clients like about him: A goal-oriented approach, uncomplicated cooperation and perseverance. He has been managing reform and change projects in public and non-profit companies as well as SMEs for more than 25 years now. Efficiency and organizational optimization, strategic realignment and the implementation of new strategies are the key focuses of these. A real favorite - it might be an obsession - is the cable car sector. He has been helping companies in this sector to renovate organizational and management structures, mergers and collaborations right from the very beginning of his consultancy career. Lives out his passion for nature and mountains in the Swiss, Tyrolean or Salzburg mountains.

Ernst Jan's passion is to cure, heal or repair what people stops to realize their dreams in work. He is hopelessly in love with organizational psychology and is always trying to understand and influence what people do while being part of an organization. Most of us are autonomous, responsible adults. Why do we stop acting as such when we enter the workplace? What is the role of the self-fulfilling prophecy (Pygmalion) creating this situation? Why can youngsters and start ups skip all this and do whatever they like to realize their dreams?

In fast-moving times, flexible organization concepts and trust in a common path are the order of the day. Our COO once said: "I don't know what tomorrow will bring, but if we work together, it will be good", and he was right: whether it be the new project management, the performance of the management team, the operational excellence program or the collaborative processes and structures. That's what Frank Kühn and his clients are all about: finding a effective way of developing good solutions - one that is fast, straightforward, and even unconventional. He is an occupational scientist and wrote his thesis in ergonomics. He has held leading roles in charge of labor economics, production strategies and project management in both research and industry. At the beginning of the 90s he joined HLP management consultants in Frankfurt and later co-founded ICG Deutschland in Berlin. Today, Frank Kühn is a freelance consultant and business Partner of ICG. He has elaborated on these themes in a number of publications. He holds a university position teaching project management.

Removing blockages, setting things into motion, pulling together for the common good, promoting open dialog and creating joy within organizations - that is what drives Franz Schwarenthorer and motivates him in his job. It was while studying for a degree in business management that the desire grew in him to one day become an organizational consultant. This led him to the decision to specialize in corporate governance and management, completing training as a lifestyle and social consultant as well as management coach. He then went on to expand on his knowledge with a Master's degree in systemic organizational development. But right after his studies he wanted to get to know the world of business and spent several years working for IBM's Eastern European division and then in development cooperation. He has been advising organizations for more than 20 years and seeks out exciting variety in the work he undertakes: he assists government departments and regional administrations in administrative modernization; healthcare facilities, social organizations and theaters / museums in issues of strategic alignment and leadership development; industrial corporations in large transformation processes and questions of change management. Another task that he enjoys is moderating major events.

"Efficient maintenance is a science" - says Gábor, who spent a decade in the industrial maintenance after his engineering studies. After that he joined Hungary's largest production and maintenance development company and has been a member of our team for more than twelve years. Primarily he seeks to increase the operational efficiency of our partners by implementing maintenance development and TPM programs, often receiving training and instructor requests. He is also happy to pass his knowledge during workshops. Gábor often apostrophizes himself as a "jeans consultant" because he believes that in addition to theoretical knowledge transfer, the development of technical professionals can be achieved most quickly through practical tasks. Therefore, during his projects he is happy and comfortable to visit the production area and the machines.
