Jason Molnar - Chief Strategy Officer
Jason is a serial team builder and trained in the classic business arts of handshakes (or high fives), eye contact, and saying what you mean/meaning what you say. His experience as a U.S. Army ground reconnaissance leader and decorated combat veteran taught him the mantra, "People First, Mission Always." Jason uses this simple phrase as part of his approach to business. In his own words, "business is the collision of needs, people, and ideas. People are the epicenter of any business relationship. We all get a choice in who we want to work with. So many times, that's an afterthought for our competitors which is why building formative business partnerships is the central pillar in our entrepreneurial model." When Jason is not busy crossing the entrepreneurial Rubicon or serving as a Lieutenant Colonel is the U.S. Army Reserves, he dedicates his time to his wonderful and amazing wife and their children. Jason and family reside in Columbus, OH.
Joe has twenty years of experience in modeling and simulation for the Air Force and Navy. He has developed simulations across the fidelity spectrum in live, virtual, and constructive environments. He has acted in all manners of technical roles from engineer through technical lead as management and leadership roles spanning from project and program management, division and operation leads. As COO, he is keenly focused on business and workforce enablement. Joe leverages his experience in technical and leadership roles to ensure Infinity Labs is a place where the status quo is always questioned, and improvement is constant. In his spare time, Joe spends his time with his loving wife and family.

Ken is a retired Air Force officer, business leader, and family man. His 20+ years as an Air Force pilot and cyber security subject matter expert have provided him opportunities to lead teams in high stress situations to accomplish complex missions. As a business leader, he believes in utilizing an entrepreneurial model. He creates an environment where his team can develop their ideas and turn them into successful business operations. This model allowed his teams to grow from 15 people to over 100 in under 3 years while increasing both revenue and profits significantly. As a family man, Ken has been happily married to his wife Derrie for 27 years and helps her raise their large family on their farm in Xenia, OH.
Kurt is a hard-working team lead with a passion for supporting our nation to protect the warfighter. He is a subject matter expert in modern DoD Modeling and Simulation products such as the AFSIM and ITASE that has led and coordinated numerous programs to success. As the Chief Product Officer, he is focused on turning thought experiments into realities and evolving innovation into the state-of-the-art. Outside of the office, Kurt is a golfer, a home renovator, a gamer, and a dog dad. He is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Alina, and recently moved to Vandalia, OH where they will start a family together.

"Dr. Nick" Kuprowicz is a passionate creator and critical analyst of next-generation concepts and technologies at the forefront of military innovation. He has 25 years of R&D experience within the defense community, including 20 years at the Air Force Research Laboratory. His career is atypically diverse, with a blend of different types of engineering and leadership roles aimed at unconventional, multidisciplinary innovations. From bench-level research through enterprise-level analysis, Dr. Nick has continually sought to solve complex problems and transform problem-solving processes. He is a fierce advocate of modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) capabilities, as they are essential to the synthesis, understanding, and prioritization of fundamentally new concepts and technologies. Outside of work, Dr. Nick is an unapologetic tree hugger with a love for nature and outdoor activities. He was born and raised in West Virginia, and apparently takes the "wild and wonderful" part rather seriously. He is married to the beautiful woman who made his heart jump (literally) while in undergraduate college, Vicki, and together they have two beautiful children - Colin and Claire. The Kuprowicz family lives on the outskirts of Springboro, OH.
Nick is a technical leader focused on bringing diverse sets of skills and perspectives to tackle our nation's most challenging technical problems. He started his career supporting the ISR community as a systems and data processing researcher before expanding into the field of Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis. As military technology becomes increasingly integrated across spatial and virtual domains, so too must people, data, and tooling. As a technical lead, he believes in leveraging team members' skills in creative ways as a means of expanding their comfort zone and driving personal growth. Nick is dedicated to bringing the right combination of people, data, and technology for creating ambitious solutions. Nick, his loving wife Amanda, and their family reside in Springboro, OH as active community members.
