We advocate for prevention services for all, early identification and intervention for those at risk, integrated services, care and treatment for those who need it with recovery as the goal. Our philosophy is that optimal health and performance can be attained through the proper balance of exercise, nutrition, mindfulness and education. Co-location of psychiatric services and primary care services help to decrease stigma and encourage more patients to seek treatment.
