Stewart Jeske, P.E. created JEI Structural Facade Engineering & Drafting during a time of soul searching. He knew he needed a niche area of structural engineering and 2003 offered that opportunity. Glazing system codes began changing quickly, requiring more P.E stamps and more complicated designs requiring specialized engineering experience; not taught in any major U.S. university.
