In order to promote the reduction of waste production, the Cantina Produttori of Bolzano operate in accordance with EU Directives 851 and 852 of 2018 governing the management of packaging and packaging waste. Through the application of Legislative Decree 116, Art. 3, and by means of the following table, the Cantina Produttori of Bolzano facilitates the separate collection of packaging for its wines. By adopting these measures, we aim to reduce the consumption of resources which are utilised to produce packaging materials and, simultaneously, through separate waste collection, increase the recycling/reusage thereof.
