MANGO GROUP - Key Persons
Andrew Connor is the founding director of Mango Group. He has more than 15 years of experience in human resources and global operations including the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia.
Andrew began his career at a small non-profit legal aid organization in the Washington, DC area, where he managed finance, HR and operations. He then spent four years as Vice President of an Asia-focused executive search and HR consulting firm in Bethesda, MD, where he managed full-cycle recruiting projects for major multinational corporations doing business in the Asia-Pacific region. He was most recently the Chief Human Resources Officer of Eurasia Group (the world's leading global political risk advisory and consulting firm), where he worked for more than a decade.
Andrew graduated summa cum laude from Hamilton College with a BA in Chinese language and Russian studies, but he has always been a business person at heart. He is globally-minded and has traveled to more than 40 countries, including time spent studying/living in the UK, Russia, China, and Bangladesh.
