Jacob Long, VP of Finance, brings 25 years of leadership to his position at MEI. Mr. Long is a driven Collections, Originations & Operations Executive with a 20-Year track record of providing strategic direction to cross-functional teams to enhance profitability through loss mitigation. He prides himself on his commitment to the Platinum Rule - providing excellent Customer Service to everyone he encounters. Jacob is a graduate of Wharton & Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Nehad Dwikat is the President & Chief Operating Officer of MEI Group. As a thought leader in the BHPH industry for the last 15 years, Nehad has helped to build MEI into one of the largest enterprises in North Texas. He's a 1997 graduate of Bethlehem University where he received his BA in Accounting and a minor in Business Administration and earned his MBA in 2021 from UTA. During his free time Nehad enjoys exercising, reading, and traveling.

Sam Mahrouq is an entrepreneur and global businessman who serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The company is a vertical expansion of his business products and services in the automotive industry under the umbrella of the MEI Group (Mahrouq Enterprises International Inc.) Other business entities include 11 car dealerships, prominent franchise Dollar Rent-a-Car, MEI Auto Finance, and a real estate investment group. Sam is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington College of Business and recently funded the Sam Mahrouq Financial Markets Lab. His business philosophy focuses on ethics and not exploiting others around him. He always looks for the win-win in business transactions.
