Mike began his Utilities career in 1994 with SWALEC in Cardiff. During his time with SWALEC he worked within Metering, Billing, Revenue Protection and Debt Collection. Mike became a Freelance Consultant in 2000, working with the first of many new Utility Market Participants in their bid to gain Industry Accreditation.
Mike has worked on various projects and, as a result of this work, has been exposed to a myriad of IT systems and Industry processes. This has helped Mike become a very accomplished Senior Consultant within the Utilities sector.
