The Ohio Employee Ownership Center (OEOC) is a nonprofit outreach center based at the main campus of Kent State University established in 1987. We provide support and assistance for business owners interested in selling their business to their employees; technical support for entrepreneurs interested in creating a start-up employee-owned business; training and education programs for existing employee-owned companies through Ohio's Employee-owned Network; and perform research and outreach regarding employee-ownership and its impact on our communities... the OEOC offers membership to professional service providers familiar with business exit planning, ownership succession, and employee ownership.
