Brooklynn Hamilton

Brooklynn is the Assistant Property Manager for OliveMill where she is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of OliveMill's owned and managed assets and tending to the needs of tenants. Brooklynn is involved with lease administration activities, regular inspections of properties with service providers, preparing bid proposals and service contracts, assisting with annual budgets and financial reporting, and ensuring that all maintenance issues are resolved as requested by tenants. Prior to this role, Brooklynn graduated from Texas Christian University with a bachelor's degree in Finance Real Estate at the Neeley School of Business. She served as an Officer for the TCU Real Estate Club and remains involved through their alumnae program. While she now resides Dallas, she is originally from San Diego, California. She has spent her life dedicated to patient advocacy for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and is passionate about music, running, and a good cup of coffee.

Chris Selbo

Chris is a founding partner of OliveMill where he is primarily responsible for overseeing the company's investment strategy and capital markets activities. Prior to founding OliveMill, Chris served as vice president of development at KDC where he focused on the firm's financial and transactional dealings. Such dealings included directing the equity raise for the $185M Frost Bank headquarters in San Antonio, TX, managing the disposition of over $1B of completed developments, and overseeing all KDC project lease proposals and underwriting from 2015-2020. Chris was also responsible for managing the development of the $400M Pioneer Natural Resources headquarters in Las Colinas, TX. Prior to KDC, Chris worked for HFF as senior analyst where he marketed and sold 37 commercial property transactions totaling $1.6 billion and 12 million square feet across four property types. Chris earned his bachelors of science in finance from Southern Methodist University.

Erin Banks

Erin is the Director of Accounting for OliveMill where she is responsible for overseeing and directing the accounting procedures for all OliveMill owned and managed assets. Prior to joining OliveMill, Erin served as an Accounting Supervisor in the Project Accounting department at Stream Realty Partners. She has over 9 years of commercial real estate experience and has managed the accounting for a variety of clientele and commercial properties. On a local level, Erin was responsible for the accounting for Chateau Plaza with JP Morgan and 2200 Post Oak Houston with Masaveu Real Estate. During her time at Stream, she also oversaw accounting for the purchase and/or sale of numerous office, retail, industrial, and development properties. Erin is a graduate of University of North Texas where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Erin and her husband James reside in McKinney, Texas with their son Connor. She enjoys traveling, yoga, and trying new restaurants with her family and friends.

Kate Dubroc

Kate is the Director of Property Management for OliveMill where she is responsible for leading the property management team supporting all OliveMill owned and managed assets. Prior to this role, Kate served as Vice President of Property Management with Stream Realty Partners. With more than 20 years of industry experience, she was involved with the $67 million redevelopment of Trammell Crow Center, a 1.2 million SF office tower in Dallas' Arts District as well a 2000 Ross, a $115 million mixed-use project. She previously worked for CBRE and Trammell Crow Company, where she began her career. Kate graduated from Louisiana State University and holds the RPA and CCIM designations. Kate and her husband Jonathan reside in Dallas with their three children. She is involved with the Junior League of Dallas, National Charity League, Pi Beta Phi Dallas Alumnae Club, Christ the King School and Ursuline Academy.

Peter Yates

Peter is founding partner of OliveMill where he is primarily responsible for investment performance and company operations.

Ricky Herriage

Job Titles:
  • Chief Engineer
Ricky is the Chief Engineer for OliveMill and manages maintenance and maintenance staff across multiple properties. Ricky has been in the Building Maintenance Industry for 31 years. Ricky has overseen multiple high rise office buildings throughout his years across the Dallas/Ft. Worth market. Prior to joining OliveMill, Ricky was at Transwestern Properties. Before that, Ricky was at CBRE where he and his team managed Preston Commons, and won the TOBY Association Building of the Year. When Ricky is not at work, he spends time working on his land in East Texas. Ricky loves the outdoors and hunting.

Ryan McManigal

Ryan is founding partner of OliveMill where he is primarily responsible for investment opportunities and company growth.

Shelly Echols

Job Titles:
  • Director of Construction
Shelly is the Director of Construction for OliveMill where she is responsible for overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion. Prior to joining OliveMill, Shelly was part of The CBRE Project Management Group as a Senior Project Manager. She has 17 years of commercial construction experience and has represented a variety of clientele, buildings, and product types. Shelly was responsible for the repositioning of Preston Commons and Sterling Plaza with KBS Real Estate and worked with Spear Street Capital on the repositioning and rebranding of Galatyn Commons. Shelly studied Accounting and Business Administration at the University of Houston.
