OVERSEAS GROUP CORPORATION LTD. was established in 2002; as a subsidiary of HONG KONG MIDLAND HOLDINGS LTD, which was established in 1994, to specialize in sourcing from China Mainland. Until 2002 we specialized in toys, sundries, K-D furniture, ceiling fans, energy saving bulbs and tools, geared for Department Stores, and we concentrated in the Mexico market, selling to the likes of WalMart, Chedraui Stores, Gigante, Soriana.
