Dave has been a CDT for 38 years and has specialized in Custom Fixed Appliances. He has an eye for what patients' needs are to make a beautiful natural smile. As Peebles Ceramics Manager, Dave brings a higher level of acceptability when producing the most esthetic looking crowns and takes great pride in his work.
Dave and his lovely wife Joy will be celebrating 42 years of marriage. They have 3 grown children, and a grandchild. Dave enjoys the outdoors, traveling with his family and the occasional pick-up game of basketball on Sunday's.

Rick acquired his passion for dentistry from his grandfather and father who were dentists in rural Nebraska. Beginning his early career chair-assisting for his father in high school and then going on to attain a dental laboratory technology degree at Ferris State University, MI. In 1981, Rick moved to Denver and worked as an in-house technician. Knowing that he wanted to secure his own laboratory, Rick opened his removable lab in the office of a prosthodontist in 1984. Rick has been a Certified Dental Technician (CDT) for over 25 years, and Peebles Prosthetics Inc. has now grown into a Full Service laboratory employing over 70 people.
Rick is involved in local study clubs and has volunteered his technical skills at Pine Ridge and Rosebud Indian reservations in South Dakota and The Belize Mission Project. He also assists the faculty in removable denture fabrication at CU School of Dental Medicine. Additionally, Rick has served on Dental Lifeline Network's Board of Directors and is currently a Director for Colorado Mission of Mercy (COMOM)
Rick attributes his success to working closely with the dentists, understanding their needs and fabricating functional, aesthetic restorative appliances. He enjoys creating smiles for people both young and old.
Retirement has created new opportunities for both Rick and Chris, his wife of 35 years. Getting up when they want and leisurely having coffee in the morning have been a nice start. Travel is big on their list of To-Do's! Just so Rick and Chris don't get bored, they expanded their gardening to include a greenhouse- a year around project. 2 cats, 11 chickens and 2 beehives are also in the picture to keep them busy.

Steve has been in the dental industry since 1987. As the Technical Operations Manager, Steve is busy managing the production of the entire lab as well as maintaining and fostering new Doctor Partnerships. He assists chairside for same day and delayed conversions and enjoys being able to help patients get the smiles they want. As a member of the Boulder/Seattle Study Club and The American Prosthodontic Society, Steve continues to stay at the forefront of new technology for both the Doctors' Offices and Laboratory. He is passionate about the industry and continues to think of the future of dentistry.

Teresa has been in the dental field since 2002. She began her career in dental as Peebles Office Manager and now is the Business Operations Manager. She has her Associate in Applied Science degree and continues to attend seminars for additional education. Teresa is a Board Member for the Dental Lifeline Network.
