AHMED ADETOLA-KAZEEM, MCIArb(UK) is a counsel at Gani Adetola-Kaseem (SAN) LP. He is a director of the Prisoners Rights Advocacy Initiative (PRAI), a non-governmental organization that provides pro-bono legal services to prison inmates and others whose rights have been abused. He serves in the Young Members' Group (YMG) steering committee, scale of fees review committee and membership committee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators(UK), Nigeria Branch. He was a finalist at the International Bar Association Pro Bono Awards held in Boston in 2013.
Senator Daisy Ehanire Danjuma is a law graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria with over 35 years of post-call experience.
Moyosore Onigbanjo SAN is a graduate of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where he received a Bachelor of Law (LL.B Hons) degree in 1988. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989.
Adeniji Kazeem is the Lagos State Attorney General & Commissioner for Justice. Mr Kazeem studied Political Science and Law in University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos and graduated in Year 1986 and Year 1990 respectively.

Mr. Muoka is the Principal Partner of A. Muoka & Co., a professional service firm providing expert legal services in a broad range of civil law areas. He is a past Chairman of the Lagos Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association.
He graduated from the Lagos State University, Ojo in 1990 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991 winning the Dr. Graham-Douglas prize for the 'best and most outstanding student in company law and commercial practice' at the Nigerian Law School. He holds a Master of Laws degree of the University of Lagos specialising in International Commercial Law and Secured Credit Transactions, worked as a Legal Officer with ITT Nigeria Limited and practiced from September, 1992 with the general practice firm of Messrs. Tunde Odanye & Co. - which he left in July 1997 (as Head of Chambers) to set up this practice. He was appointed a Notary Public by the Chief Justice of Nigeria and was sworn-in on the 22nd of September, 1999. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of the United Kingdom, and is currently the Treasurer of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Nigeria. His core expertise is in the areas of: civil litigation, company and commercial law, banking and insurance matters, corporate re-structuring and re-engineering, project and joint venture documentation, communications, construction and development law, trusts, environmental law and intellectual property law.

Mr. Onigbanjo SAN is a member of both the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association. He served as a Council Member of the Nigerian Bar Association's Section on Business Law between 2011 to 2017. He was, until August of 2019 a Prosecutor before the Body of Benchers and Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee. He served as member of the National Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association and also served as Chairman, Board of Ibile Oil and Gas Corporation between May 2017 and May 2019.

Mr. Rahman Adeola Ipaye is the Deputy Chief of Staff to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He is the immediate past Attorney General of Lagos State.
He studied at the University of Lagos where he graduated with B.A. (Hons) Degree (History) in 1984; LL.B. Hons (1988) and LL.M. (1991). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators respectively.
Before his appointment as Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Ipaye was employed as a lecturer in the Department of Commercial and Industrial Law, University of Lagos (1992 to 2001); Special Assistant (Legal Matters) to the Governor of Lagos State (2001 to 2007); and Special Adviser (Taxation and Revenue) to the Governor of Lagos State and member of the State Executive Council (2007 to 2011).

Funmi Ayeni is a passionate public interest lawyer and public administrator. She has been the Coordinator of the Lagos Public Interest Law Partnership since its inception in November 2012. As a lawyer and public administrator in the public interest field, she has worked on several initiatives aimed at understanding and tackling the factors which impede access to justice and the enjoyment of human rights. As the coordinator of the LPILP, she founded the Annual Lagos Pro Bono Week. Prior to this position, she was an associate at one of Nigeria's leading law firms, Banwo & Ighodalo.
Funmi is a member of the Nigerian Bar. She obtained her LL.B and LL.M. degrees at the University of Warwick and University of California, Berkeley respectively. She also has a certificate in Public Interest and Social Justice from the University of California, Berkeley.

Toun Adebiyi is the Deputy-Director General and head of Campus at Council of Legal Education, Nigerian law School, Lagos Campus
She is a lecturer of Company Law at the Nigerian Law School Lagos Campus.
She graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Ife and holds an LL.M from the London School of Economics.). She teaches Corporate Law Practice at the Lagos Campus. She produces Electronic Law Reports; Laws of Nigeria and contributes to the production of Nigerian law School e-handbook. She has vast experience in Legal Electronic Publishing, She hosts a an online portal where Legal resources are available. She also produces e-handbooks for Nigerian Law School students. She is the administrator on Moodle Learning Portal for the School. Her specialties inc;lude Information Technology, Corporate Law including Corporate Governance, Insolvency, Taxation and Corporate restructuring.
Konyin, a leading Senior Advocate, is the Managing Partner of Olaniwun Ajayi LP. His expertise spans the disparate yet connected fields of litigation and transactional work and has over 35 years' experience in banking, project finance, capital markets, power, infrastructure, M&A, energy and natural resources, privatisation and dispute resolution. He played a key role in the Nigerian banking sector reforms and the recent power sector privatisation.
He represents a wide range of clients in domestic and cross-border commercial disputes. Konyin led the team that advised on the largest single financial transaction in Nigerian financial history.
She began her career as a State Counsel in the Lagos State Ministry of Justice (Department of Public Prosecutions) and was a pioneer Legal Counsel to the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria before working for the investment bank Nigerian Acceptances Ltd. (NAL). She spent the next decade as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser to the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) before moving into private practice. She is a former Chairman of SAPETRO (1999-2003).
In 2003 she was elected Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria where she served on numerous committees, most notably as Chairman of the ECOWAS Parliament's Women and Children's Rights Committee and Senate Committee Chairman on Women Affairs and Youth Development.
Senator Danjuma is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the International Federation of Female Lawyers (FIDA).
