AHMED ADETOLA-KAZEEM, MCIArb(UK) is a counsel at Gani Adetola-Kaseem (SAN) LP. He is a director of the Prisoners Rights Advocacy Initiative (PRAI), a non-governmental organization that provides pro-bono legal services to prison inmates and others whose rights have been abused. He serves in the Young Members' Group (YMG) steering committee, scale of fees review committee and membership committee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators(UK), Nigeria Branch. Mr. Muoka is the Principal Partner of A. Muoka & Co., a professional service firm providing expert legal services in a broad range of civil law areas. He is a past Chairman of the Lagos Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association. He graduated from the Lagos State University, Ojo in 1990 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991 winning the Dr. Graham-Douglas prize for the 'best and most outstanding student in company law and commercial practice' at the Nigerian Law School. He holds a Master of Laws degree of the University of Lagos specialising in International Commercial Law and Secured Credit Transactions, worked as a Legal Officer with ITT Nigeria Limited and practiced from September, 1992 with the general practice firm of Messrs. Mr. Onigbanjo SAN is a member of both the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association. He served as a Council Member of the Nigerian Bar Association's Section on Business Law between 2011 to 2017. He was, until August of 2019 a Prosecutor before the Body of Benchers and Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee. Mr. Rahman Adeola Ipaye is the Deputy Chief of Staff to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He is the immediate past Attorney General of Lagos State. He studied at the University of Lagos where he graduated with B.A. (Hons) Degree (History) in 1984; LL.B. Hons (1988) and LL.M. (1991). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators respectively. Before his appointment as Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Ipaye was employed as a lecturer in the Department of Commercial and Industrial Law, University of Lagos (1992 to 2001); Special Assistant (Legal Matters) to the Governor of Lagos State (2001 to 2007); and Special Adviser (Taxation and Revenue) to the Governor of Lagos State and member of the State Executive Council (2007 to 2011).

Mrs Funmi Ayeni

Funmi Ayeni is a passionate public interest lawyer and public administrator. She has been the Coordinator of the Lagos Public Interest Law Partnership since its inception in November 2012. As a lawyer and public administrator in the public interest field, she has worked on several initiatives aimed at understanding and tackling the factors which impede access to justice and the enjoyment of human rights. As the coordinator of the LPILP, she founded the Annual Lagos Pro Bono Week. Prior to this position, she was an associate at one of Nigeria's leading law firms, Banwo & Ighodalo. Funmi is a member of the Nigerian Bar. She obtained her LL.B and LL.M. degrees at the University of Warwick and University of California, Berkeley respectively. She also has a certificate in Public Interest and Social Justice from the University of California, Berkeley.

Senator Daisy Ehanire Danjuma - Chairman

She began her career as a State Counsel in the Lagos State Ministry of Justice (Department of Public Prosecutions) and was a pioneer Legal Counsel to the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria before working for the investment bank Nigerian Acceptances Ltd. (NAL). She spent the next decade as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser to the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) before moving into private practice. She is a former Chairman of SAPETRO (1999-2003). In 2003 she was elected Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria where she served on numerous committees, most notably as Chairman of the ECOWAS Parliament's Women and Children's Rights Committee and Senate Committee Chairman on Women Affairs and Youth Development. Senator Danjuma is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the International Federation of Female Lawyers (FIDA).
