He has represented individuals, and national and multinational companies in litigation with the Tax Administration Service, nullity actions with the Tax Courts, and constitutional challenges (amparos) with the District and Appeal Courts. Guillermo Aldana

Guillermo Aldana is an expert lawyer in litigation, insolvency and commercial arbitration, acting as party advisor and sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and emergency arbitrator. In his professional career he has been a partner, associate and advisor in large multi service law firms. Ranked in different international legal references in the field of mediation and arbitration. Former founding President of the Bajío Arbitration Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce in Mexico (ICC). Mexican member of the ICC World Arbitration Commission. He has been a professor at various private universities in the areas of Obligations, Mediation, Arbitration and insolvency and a guest professor at the Supreme Court of Justice and the Federal Judiciary Institute. EDUCATION Master in Dispute Prevention and Resolution from the University of Westminster in London, England, Postgraduate studies in law from Georgetown University in Washington, United States and in various Mexican universities.

Samuel Villazón Chávez
