Carol Akiwumi is a consultant, trainer, entrepreneur and inspirational speaker with a passion for truth, diversity and stewardship. With a background in financial services and the third sector, she is the Chair of Black Fundraisers UK and the Founder of Money4Youth, a Financial Literacy Programme for Children and Young People.
A Fellow and Trustee of the UK Institute of Fundraising, she works with individuals and organisations to create and deliver effective fundraising, diversity and financial management solutions.
As a speaker and trainer, Carol is able to inspire her listeners with her wealth of knowledge and infectious energy.

Lynne Bateson was from a poor northern British family. She was a sickly child who missed much schooling, yet she became an award-winning journalist and national newspaper executive in London. She is in Debrett's People of Today which lists British people of influence and has fulfilled her childhood dream of living in the USA as a permanent resident under the Department of Homeland Security's classification "alien of extraordinary ability". She has dual nationality and is currently based in Pasadena, California.

Patricia Knightley is a Programme Director for The Chrysallis Programme, a not-for-profit Social enterprise. Her work within Chrysalis is aimed at reducing the levels of offending, re-offending and other anti-social behaviour through the provision of a holistic development and rehabilitation programme for offenders, those at risk of offending and people with anti-social behavioural problems. The Programme itself promotes positive behaviour and awareness of the need for a lifestyle change
