The founder and Director of Right Approach, Suzanne Arnold, has ten years experience as an owner/operator of an award-winning early learning centre. The Centre had a reputation as a centre of excellence and model of best practice across the region.
Suzanne has a Master of Human Rights - the Child Safe Standards are underpinned by a child rights framework. Suzanne also has a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a Diploma of Quality Auditing.
Suzanne has extensive experience in strategy, training and development, operations, finance, child safety, disability rights, human resources, and administration.
