Damian Jackson

Damian is a litigator with over 20 years of trial experience. He has tried close to 100 jury trials to verdict in state and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania, New York, and the Virgin Islands. He began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx, New York, where he tried numerous jury trials. After several years in the Bronx, Damian accepted an assignment as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Virgin Islands managing the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area task force where he prosecuted narcotics related criminal prosecutions in the Federal and territorial courts. In 2002, Damian returned to New York and coordinated and prosecuted insurance fraud cases for the Attorney General of New York. Damian moved to Philadelphia and refocused his practice on civil litigation. He now concentrates his efforts on preparation and trial of complex personal injury, products liability, professional liability, mass tort and general liability cases. Recently, he was selected as one of the top African American influencers in the City of Philadelphia. He is on the advisory board for the Barrister's Association of Philadelphia and serves on the Philadelphia Bar Association's Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention. She has defended both religious institutions and public entities in cases regarding assault and harassment. She also has experience handling complex insurance defense cases including medical device and construction cases. Suzanne worked for many years with a professional liability insurance carrier serving as in-house counsel to the claim department and general counsel. In her capacity as in-house counsel, Suzanne continued to handle coverage issues and was involved in the mass tort litigation surrounding breast implants and prescription drugs. Ms. Hagan is routinely retained to offer counsel to religious institutions, public entities, corporations, governmental entities and carriers investigating and defending claims and lawsuits related to molestation and assault. Her firm serves as local, regional and national counsel for several defendants sued in the asbestos litigation, and she has taken numerous cases to verdict in Philadelphia and New Jersey in both their state and federal courts. She has served as a liaison to both sides of the asbestos bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey regarding issues stemming from the negotiation of Medicare release language. Tracey also is a certified volunteer attorney for the Support Center for Child Advocates where she devotes time, pro bono, representing the interests of children who have experienced abuse or neglect.
