Robert Dunn

Robert received his B.A. in Renewable Energy and Ecological Design while living the mission in an off-grid tiny house. Over 7 years the scale of his projects grew from 200 Watts to over 200kW. While working as the project manager for Green mountain Solar, the size and complexity of projects grew in tandem with his skills and experience. From on and off-grid battery and PV systems, to working with GMP on their residential DER and SPAN programs, and gaining permission from Stowe Electric to install the first Enphase battery system on their grid, Robert has always embraced the opportunities and challenges inherent to this vital work. When not working or recreating around solar, Rob can be found tending the garden, hiking with his partner and dog, or working on his 1840's home.

Tom started his career in the solar industry working with SunCommon as a Residential Installer and Electrical Apprentice in 2017. After a four year apprenticeship program, Tom received his Journeyman's Electrical License and transitioned into the role of Commercial Electrician. Joining the team at RunTime has provided an opportunity to build upon his skills as an installer and electrician to include O&M work on both residential and commercial systems. Part of Tom's goal while working at RunTime is to acquire a Master Electrician license and contribute to the growth and development of the Electrical Apprenticeship program. Providing opportunities for professional growth and expanding the workforce within the solar industry is something Tom is passionate about. Tom graduated from the University of Vermont in 2013 with a BA in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Ecology and Conservation. He also focused on Anthropology, specifically the archaeological study of indigenous cultures in the Northeast and Southwest of the United States. When Tom isn't working on solar he can be found somewhere in the woods, out on the water or enjoying a good book.
