So, I began teaching Hatha and Yin Yoga at Feel Good, Bella Yoga as well as community halls and in people's homes in small group settings. During this time, I was an educational assistant at a small school in Victoria, BC and began teaching three yoga, mindfulness and meditation to the children at the school...
While teaching children's yoga is fast paced and action packed with a story at the beginning of the class and a craft and quiet time at the end of the class, adult classes are calm, slow paced and mindful with the focus on body awareness and being present.
