SCRATCH ICE CREAM

Scratch is made up of two partners, the founder Ryan Povlick and Justin Povlick. As a team along with our amazing staff we make all our ice cream and most of our ice cream inclusions from Scratch. In our kitchen we pack hundreds of pints and gallons everyday on our small batch freezer, making only 3 gallons of ice cream per batch. Our small batch process along with our premium ingredients and Wisconsin Dairy make our ice cream the best around!... Zocalo Food Truck Park 636 S 6th St. Milwaukee WI - Our second shop is a camper that we converted into a mobile ice cream store. Our camper is parked permanently at Zocalo Food Truck Park, we serve scoops, cones, and ice cream sandwiches. Open 9 months a year!!... We make our ice cream and almost all of our toppings in house, and from scratch. We use Wisconsin Dairy and everything is made in small batches and hand packed.
