• Water Solutions. Our Water Solutions business, operating primarily under our subsidiary Select Energy Services, LLC, is a leading provider of total water solutions to customers that include major integrated oil companies and independent oil and gas producers. These services include: the sourcing of water; the transfer of the water to the wellsite through permanent pipeline infrastructure and temporary hose; the containment of fluids off- and on-location; WaterONE™ automated control and monitoring of the water transfer string; the filtering and treatment of fluids, well testing and handling of flowback and produced formation water; and the transportation and recycling or disposal of drilling, completion and production fluids. Our water solutions business includes our engineered water solutions group, which consists of professionals with significant technical and project development experience.
